Technosport's Annual 3K race was hindered by fog but all swimmers prevailed this past Saturday at Meech Lake.

Bruce McNicoll, top male, won with a great time of 38:28 and Alison Shea, top female, won with no wet suit with a time of 41:42.

I have been coaching for over 40 years and have yet to see anyone navigate open water as effectively as Bruce...even in the fog.

All swimmers enjoyed a nutritious beach bag lunch afterwards.

Special thanks to lifeguards and volunteers for making this foggy race successful.
