This is Marilyn Ringstaff, CNM, the Certified Nurse Midwife.  She will be the one to see you for all medical appointments and examinations.  If you have any  questions about exams, pap smears, STD's etc.,  you may call  or write.   You must leave your name and have your e-mail address already on file if you want your questions answered by e-mail.  If you have a problem after hours, page (706) 236-6591. 
Vanessa Spivey is the Teen Plus secretary.  She will see you when you first come in the clinic to get your chart filled out and she will do your lab work and make your appointments.  She will also be the one to call you if you don't keep your appointments!  If you want to make an appointment call Vanessa at 802-5372, or if you are already a patient, you may make one by  e-mail .   New Patients:  please call for an appointment so Vanessa can explain clinic policies and fees to you.

This is Angie Robinson, MSW, our District Adolescent Health Coordinator.    Angie coordinates the activities for adolescent health throughout the northwest Georgia Public Health District and develops collaboration between agencies dealing with all aspects of youth development.  Contact Angie at 802- 5828, or e-mail her.
Candice Aycock, MEd, LPC, is our Teen Plus Resource Center Health Educator.  She coordinates class and youth group activities and supervises the peer educators. To arrange meetings regarding adolescent health for your school, church or other youth groups, contact Candice at 295-5830 or e-mail her.
 

Teens and parents can visit the Teen Plus Resource Center every Tuesday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.  These are times when the groups talk about everyday issues that affect teens, such as depression and teen suicide, relationships, pros and cons of abstinence and teen sex, the stress of teen pregnancy and STD's.  The group also talks about coping skills and anger management, eating disorders, drugs & alcohol abuse, teen smoking and self-esteem issues.
