Cowpainium has a recycling program that picks up Glass, Paper, Plastic, and Cardboard. In Cowpainium we earge citizons to recycle all those products listed, pick up for these items come every week Monday-Friday. Now there isn't any law that will Ponish others for not recycling, even though it would make some sence, but if people do want to recycle there trash there just missing out of a big fat Tax return, ever since 2031 when we had over flowed trash hepps, we have issued a tax return witch is recorded with every pick up, for 5 cents a pound on every kind of product.

Ozone layer is slowly depleating due to the people "US" who use products that kill the same thing that is keeping us alive, so there for, we put a issue of a curtain toxic limit in car exaust, the limit is 14ª and anything above that will not pass as a legal car and will be issued 30 day to fix, besides for that we cant stop people from using products needed to improve products, but one day we are hoping that are research efforts will help patch up the ozone layer and give us another chance.

Last but not least out natural resources. In Cowpainium we have two natural resources, which we mentioned in our money system, due to the fact that we sell our products. Are two most imporant resources are Oil and Friberries. The Oil was found about 2 and a half miles of the east coast of Cowpainium, this Oil is drilled and shiped every day for a profit that is returned to the people in one way or another. The second natural resouces is Friberries. Friberries are a natural spice that grows on our island. It supplies a nice spicey taste to all food like salt does. Friberries are popuplar all around the world so we sell them for a profit to keep our people happy, of corse we have them for are selfs too.
