Episode 1 
Virginia is Memito's governess in the Junquera family mansion. Junior tries to seduce Virginia and she rejects him; she prefers his brother Carlos Alberto who is Anabella's boyfriend. Rodrigo, the father of the kids, tells Sagrario, the housekeeper, that he must accept Anabella although she is the daughter of his enemy Alirio. Meanwhile, Maximiliana, Alirio's wife, tells him that the wedding of Anabella with Carlos Alberto is convenient for them. Danilo is Alirio's son and he is interested in Virginia but his mother tells him that he must love one of Rodrigo's daughters. Virginia meets Elena, Alirio's sister. The doctor tells Rodrigo that he is seriously ill. Raquel, one of Rodrigo's daughters, tells his father that she cannot stand Virginia. Violeta, Raquel's little sister, feels the same way. Sagrario confronts Junior because he wants to fool around with Lupe, one of the maids of the house. Virginia telephones her sister Vanessa in Veracruz and tells her that she will send money for her, Edith and Evelia. Rodrigo tells Virginia that he is ruined and also sentenced to death and that he needs her to marry him. 

Episode 2
Mr. Rodrigo tells Virginia that the only way to save his children is marrying her. Vanessa tells Evelia that she is jealous of Virginia because she was given to a rich man while she had to stay with her. Danilo tells his mother that he likes Virginia a lot and she says to him that she will never accept her. Rodrigo begs Virginia to marry him and she accepts. Rodrigo tells Virginia that he will go to the United States to get a second opinion but that he is sure that he is going to die. Anabella and Maximiliana confront Alirio because he does not want to put his sister Elena in an Asylum. Carlos Alberto asks Virginia what is going on between she and his father. Rodrigo tells Sagrario all the truth. Carlos Alberto asks Virginia if she still loves him like in the past. Virginia notifies Carlos Alberto that his father is going on a trip and that she will be in charge of the house until he returns. Danilo sends flowers to Virginia anonymously. Virginia tells Memito that she loves him and Carlos Alberto a lot. Virginia accidentally meets Danilo.
