Basically, the general impression is what counts. We understand that many people like to make use of newer web technologies to realize their ideas and as long as the result is a quality site, it is qualified for this award. On the other hand, many webmasters like to keep their pages as simple as possible, to make it available to a big audience. Where others use graphics as page titles they use simple text. Again, what counts is the general impression and most important, the content behind all the technical stuff. |
