Tyler James Monroe EXT. WISCONSIN STATE POLICE HEADQUARTERS EXT. WISONSIN INSPECTOR IN CHARGE OFFICE INT. OFFICE OF SENIOR INSPECTOR Sheriff Monroe is in conference with William Jacobs the Chief Inspector for the Wisconsin State Police. SHERIFF MONROE Bill, we need to find Tyler, before he's hurt. INSPECTOR JACOBS Oh come on James, who the hell would hurt a seventeen year old boy? Are you sure you have given me all the details? SHERIFF MONROE I think he will be heavily armed. He has machine guns. JACOBS Machine guns? I thought you told me the ATF confiscated all his guns? SHERIFF MONROE I think he has a stockpile of automatic Weapons wherever he's hiding. JACOBS Where do you think he's gone? SHERIFF MONROE When I spent all those summers with my aunt Margo the kids in the area hung out at an old abandoned mineshaft on the edge of town I think that is the first place I would look. JACOBS I have issued an all points bulletin and my men are now all over the place. I'll call my chopper pilot and have him take us down there, ok? SHERIFF MONROE Sure, lets do it! CUT TO: EXT. LAKE GENEVA WISCONSIN EXT. LAKE GENEVA MINE The State Police helicopter is seen settling down near the Lake Geneva Mine. Inspector Jacobs and Sheriff Monroe jump out of the helicopter armed with M16 assault rifles. They work their way down the small path and arrive at the entrance to the mineshaft. Inspector Jacobs crouches down and runs his hands over what appears to be tire tracks. INSPECTOR JACOBS Sheriff, it looks like a four wheel drive truck has been here at the entrance to the mine. How do you want to handle this. Call in backup or just the two of us go in? SHERIFF MONROE You stay out here and I'll go in. It appears his mother has driven him here in her Blazer truck. I don't want her to get caught in the crossfire. INSPECTOR JACOBS If your not out in thirty minutes I will call for backup. Sheriff Monroe turns on his flashlight and heads into the mineshaft. In a few minutes he disappears. CUT TO: INT. MINESHAFT ROOM WHERE SPACECRAFT IS STORED Tyler has covered his spaceship when the flickering of a monitor catches his attention. He makes a few minor adjustments and the monitor develops a picture of a man entering the mine shaft. TYLER (talking to himself) Oh my God it's Sheriff Monroe. Tyler presses the button on the microphone and speaks into the mike. TYLER (cont.) Sheriff, this is Tyler, stop right there or I will have to protect myself. SHERIFF MONROE (V.O.) (yelling) Tyler throw your weapons out and we will protect you. TYLER I say bullshit to that! This is your last chance. Stop or I will activate a hidden weapon and you will die. INT. MINESHAFT ENTRANCE Sheriff Monroe proceeds into the mineshaft and stops when he hears a deep hum and a red laser strikes him in the chest blowing out his entire ribcage. He drops in a bloody glob. Inspector Jacobs hears the yelling and the sheriffs screams and also runs into the mineshaft with assault rifle drawn. A hum starts again and a red laser decapitates him and his body drops like a sack of potatoes. His head rolls out of the mine. Tyler runs out of the mine shaft and finds the helicopter waiting. He pulls out a UZI Mini gun from under his arm and fires at the helicopter, causing it to catch fire and explode. Tyler picks up the bodies and places them in the burning helicopter. As all the bodies are burning he takes a hand grenade and throws it into the helicopter and the explosion shatters the entire helicopter into pieces. TYLER (talking to himself and laughing) Oh dear the police chopper crashed, gee too bad. Hearing the explosion, Mary Jo comes running out of the mine and registers shock when she sees the helicopter burning. MARY JO (screaming) Oh my god what happened? TYLER The police chopper was trying to land and something popped and it blew up. If the fire service has seen this, they will be here in a matter of minutes. I'll hide the Blazer deep in the mine. CUT TO: INT: MAINROOM DEEP IN THE MINESHAFT Tyler is sitting with his mother on the sofa. They're having dinner and are in conversation. MARY JO I'm so worried, what will we do if they find us here? TYLER We'll just have to fight. You are with me right mom? MARY JO The whole nine yards! Tyler hears a transmission on his scanner indicating the State police have found the remains of the helicopter and three bodies. MARY JO (Searching) Tyler, have you had much conversation with your father? TYLER The weekend I told you I was going camping, I was here with him. MARY JO Now you tell me. TYLER What did you want me to do mother, tell you I was spending the weekend with my ET father? MARY JO What did you talk about? TYLER I asked him a million questions and he he answered all of them. MARY JO Like what kind of question? TYLER Where he lives, and about other life forms. MARY JO Gosh that sounds interesting, will you tell me? TYLER Sure mom, what do you want to hear about? MARY JO Do they have other life forms in the universe? TYLER One extraterrestrial civilization that he found most interesting because of the close relationship to Earth and its evolution to a higher consciousness is a race of humans he called the Alderen's. He said the Alderen's have been visiting Earth for thousands of years. They come from a star system we know as the Alderens, which is approximately 400 light years away. MARY JO Four-hundred light years, wow! TYLER Alderens, have been known in different ancient civilizations on Earth as the Seven Sisters. Different Alderen Visitors are in the Alderens star system, there are several planets that are supporting human life and are located orbiting different stars of this constellation. it is common knowledge that at least Alderen's from planets orbiting the star Alder-e and Terra-6 have a close relationship with people from Earth. MARY JO Do they cross-breed? TYLER My father is half Gray and half Alderen. his name is GARTH. MARY JO Oh I see, go ahead. TYLER He was visited 115 times in a 3 year period by a Alderen female named Dar that came from planet Juno, which belongs to a group of planets in the area of the star Alder-e. He spoke to her about various subjects as theology, philosophy, technology, spirituality, sociology and many sciences. Other Alderen's visiting him come from a planet that is located in the area near the star Terra-6. MARY JO Wow this is really interesting, please go on! TYLER The Alderen's presently visiting and lending a hand to Earth people are part of a larger Confederation of Planets involving a life-stream of human like forms almost identical to ourselves. MARY JO How do you remember all those weird names? TYLER He describes each of these other races in turn, and the Starships they use. He described some of the Alderen culture and philosophy. MARY JO You mentioned space-ships? TYLER This craft carried three beings aboard one of whom introduced herself as Myra, from a place in the heavens near the star system Lyra. She said that her native planet has a population of 4 billion and belongs to a confederation of planets. She said that her people work closely with the Drago's and the Alderen's on certain things, and that those intelligence's were aware of her activities here. MARY JO Please go on honey. TYLER Another member was identified as Alena. She was darker skinned and was tall and slender. The Lyrians have more than one race type of beings on their planet. Myra said that her ship could travel in time as well as space and offered the mind boggling note that her ship was constructed 300 years in our future but that it had been in use for over 250 years already. It appears that there is an ascending order of technological development here. The Alderen's say their technology is about 3000 years in advance of ours but that the Lyrians are about 350 Earth years of technology ahead of them, and that they are assisted technologically by the Alderens. This may give you some clue to the kind of guidance offered us by the Alderen's. In a passing conversation on another matter, he casually mentioned the Vegans, beings who come here from the direction of the constellation Vega. MARY JO Tyler your father is really amazing, go ahead with the story. TYLER Further inquiry developed the information that the Vegan technology is only about 250 years ahead of that of the Alderen's. The Alderen's, the Vegans, and the Lyrians all belong to the same life stream, which also includes us! The Vegans are darker in color still than the Lyrians, and look a little like Hottentots except with higher cheekbones and more triangular faces. The Vegans, are really descended from the early Lyrians also, as are the Alderen's and us. Their ancestry is a little older than that of the Alderen's. MARY JO What do they look like? TYLER The Alderen's are a handsome Nordic looking race so like northern European Caucasians that they could pass in conventional clothes on our streets unnoticed. The Vegans can also breathe our atmosphere directly and do not need environmental headgear to debark from their ship. This was all becoming a little confusing to my father so the Alderen's offered a brief history to get it into perspective. According to the explanation offered, the Lyrians were the original (to us at least) ancestors of our branch of our life stream of evolution. MARY JO I would really like to see one. Where did you say they come from? TYLER Thousands of years ago their civilization in Lyra reached a high technological level and they began to travel in space. They were free-will creatures and had control of their destiny. At a certain point in time they fell into disagreement and divided into factions with different ideologies and different goals and objectives. They eventually went to war and destroyed much of their society and ruined their home. Escapists seeking to avoid the anticipated outcome fled from their native system and found homes in star systems that we call the Alderens. In a few thousands years they raised those societies to a very high technological level and once again were able to travel in space. Some of the Alderen's of Lyrians ancestry, on their travels, discovered our planet and its nascent life evolving in a very hospitable atmosphere. MARY JO So you say they settled here on Earth? TYLER They stayed and settled the Lost Continent's of Lemura and Atlantis, some even mixing with Earth creatures and becoming Earth men. Those who remained apart and did not mix soon produced highly evolved technologies here and they designed and built many wonderful machines and devices, and created comforts and conveniences of all kinds. Again they came into conflict and the society became polarized into two camps, each possessing marvelous technologies. Eventually they went to war and terrible destruction resulted. Those who could, escaped to other regions of space and started all over again. MARY JO Have they visited since? TYLERS Some of those beings are now also visiting us occasionally. A long time later a new wave of Alderen's arrived to check on the descendants of their ancestors who survived the terrible wars. They found survivors and again they mixed with them and assisted Earth humanity in getting control of its assets and producing a new technology. This society became the later Atlantis who raised their sciences to levels that produced air and undersea travel before that civilization was also destroyed by surface war on Earth. The modern Alderen's are descendants of the peaceful faction that settled in the star group which astronomy gives that name. MARY JO Is their a race on Earth now that has their blood? TYLER Native Americans. MARY JO Indians? TYLER Yes, he told me some of the Native American tribes have blood that are unlike any other type of blood on earth. MARY Oh really, I didn't know that! TYLER The Vegans visiting us now are descendants of another peaceful group that settled a planet in the Vega System. The descendants of the Lyrians, long evolved beyond the conflict stage, are now interested in our welfare and feel a special responsibility toward us since we reflect the earlier warlike tendencies of themselves. They lost much in their history of conflict and destroyed themselves several times, and lost their great technological advances each time. According to the story, they even settled another hospitable planet in our solar system, the 5th one from the sun, which was actually destroyed in a war of nuclear weapons that got out of hand. MARY JO Jupiter was once inhabited? TYLER Yes. So many nuclear weapons were used that a chain reaction started that is similar to what the sun goes through every day. This is part of their concern about how we use our nuclear sciences now. These Lyrians are now being helped and assisted in certain ways by their human cousins in the Alderens and Vega and others. So we see that although the Lyrians are much older in evolution, they are only a little ahead of the others in some technologies and are behind in others, and are being assisted along the way by their cousins. Thus it is that so many human-like extra-terrestrials are appearing in the same age in time. They don't want us to blow up our beautiful water planet. MARY JO Oh, honey they sound like such nice people. Go on this is so interesting. TYLER Some are actually linked in evolution and do apparently have a common source. Our emerging technology attracts their attention. You know like the nuclear bomb. The Lyrians races began evacuating their home planet over 22 million years ago, and they have peaked out and migrated from there more than once. They believe that Creation itself is the First cause, not that a Creator created it. They see creation as Universal Knowledge, Universal Wisdom, Universal Spirit. They told him that there are millions of creation forms known to them. They also told him that our earliest society on Earth was copied from the early Lyrians visiting Earth. MARY JO You know honey it makes sense. TYLER They were here and observed physical life on Hyperboria, a mythical first continent encompassing all of the land mass at that time. This was before Earth humans began physical evolution. Descendants of these Lyrians came again later and assisted the budding societies of the next epoch and gave Lemura and Atlantis their names. On what we now call Easter Island there was a special race of very big people an unimaginable 10 to 11 meters tall. MARY JO I always wondered why those faces on Easter Island were so large. TYLER Whole histories of Hyperboria, Lemura, and Atlantis have been described by the Alderen's. On an extended visit in space, my father was shown another atmospheric planet with life in an earlier stage of evolution. He saw dinosaur-like creatures, a stocky primitive man wearing skins and steep pyramids in the distance in a very misty golden atmosphere. He was told that this planet would be 770 light years from Earth. According to the Alderens account, the Lyrians left their . . system as rebels and settled in Alderens. They later came to Earth and mixed with Earth man. Earth men then lived in the remnants of the earlier single continental land mass now known as Hyperboria. MARY JO Go on honey, don't stop now. TYLER These beings produced and developed a civilization with advanced technology here on Earth. They became involved in a war among themselves here and a faction left and proceeded to Alderen, and others went to another planet in our solar system, an atmospheric planet Jupiter. MARY JO They settled on this planet and mixed with the human life-form there. The Lyrian descendants who settled Earth and Jupiter both were a war-like race and they carried their warlike tendencies with them. The Jovians ended up destroying their planet in a terrible atomic holocaust. Will we do the same? The surviving Lyrians left for many thousands of years. Subsequent generations came back in another age and again fell to fighting among themselves and again they left. This was repeated still once more, and now the descendants of those are again observing Earth and the surviving descendants of their ancestors. MARY JO No kidding! TYLER The Lyrian rebels have now reached a higher spiritual level of being and no longer indulge in conflict and war. Their ancestors are responsible for the racial variety now found on Earth. So we see that we and the Alderen's , and the Vegans, and some other Adamic beings who come here from elsewhere, are all in a sense Lyrian descendants, and we are linked by a common heritage. The current Lyrian visitors, with their higher spirituality, are here trying to undo some of the effects left by their earlier less spiritual ancestors. MARY JO It seems like they are family oriented. TYLER Yes. The older Lyrian ancestors due to their underdeveloped spirituality fell into stagnation and lost much of their technology. The Alderen's are now helping them back on their way to the marvelous technologies they once had. The Vegans, also descendants of the old Lyrians, are too helping the Lyrians to recover some of their old advanced sciences and introducing them to some new ones. The Alderen's have been helped much by the Drago's and are passing some of this on to the Lyrians, and are in turn being helped by the Lyrians in other ways. Although the Alderen's appear very healthy by our standards, but they are affected by our atmosphere. MARY JO Oh really? TYLER They have to use environmental suits but they do have sinus problems from prolonged exposure in our air. Their home planet atmosphere is very similar to ours but we have more pollutants in our air. They say that after prolonged living in the purer conditions of the spacecraft they are even affected, to a much lesser degree, by their home planet's atmosphere. Their hands are very similar to ours but finer and more flexibly articulated. They have fine skin on their hands. All Alderen's have small gardens and work them with their own hands. MARY JO How may hours a day do they work? TYLER They each work two hours per day in their factories - mostly overseeing automated machines and robots. They are all educated in a great many sciences. The Alderen's go to school until they are in their 70s. In 10 years of school they reach an educational level equivalent to a 25 year old college graduate here. Everyone must be thoroughly familiar with 12 to 20 professions. They do not marry until they are at least 70 years old. They mature in body in 12 to 15 years. They do not marry until they have completed their chosen education. The median age for those who do marry is about 110 years. Both parties must pass strict mental and physical examinations before they are permitted to marry. MARY JO How long do they live? TYLER Anywhere from 500 to 900 years old. MARY JO Mathusla! What is it in their life style that enables them to live so long? Is it diet or what? TYLER Mom, the Alderen's are hermaphrodites! You see it's the sex drive of Earth Men that shorten their life. Don't you see they have both sex organs, so they . . . mom this is really difficult to explain, especially to your mother. MARY JO I understand, but go ahead, you're an adult now. TYLER Ok, let's try it this way. If you separated a man and women on two different islands, but he was castrated, his sex drive would be non-existent. In the case of the women on the other island living by herself or with a man would have a normal life span. The life span of the castrated man would be increased by at least 30 to 40 percent. Sexual activity burns out the Earth male. MARY JO I don't know about that one son, I think you would have a lot of young men giving you an argument on that theory. TYLER That's your right mom, you can agree or not agree. TYLER They are not required to marry and many do not. In birth they rely on natural parturition with no anesthetic. They find that their brain chemistry is changed by anesthesia. The force of will of the baby is affected and will be reduced to some degree. Life on Alderen is peaceful and harmonious. Everyone strives for his very best for the good of all MARY JO I think you are losing me. TYLER The Alderen's say that every human has a direct responsibility to help every other one to grow in consciousness. Creation requires every unit of life, within itself, to constantly grow forward. Each unit has this responsibility as well to every other unit MARY JO What else did your father say? TYLER He wondered why all of this activity in only one place in the world, and was then told that Earth is not the only location where this activity is taking place. The Alderen's even told him that they have more ground stations in use on our surface, one in the United States and one in the East. In a discussion of the Alderen ground station in the east which is presently headed by Dr. Ek is one of his frequent contacts, I learned that that station has been in existence for over 70 years! It is in a closed valley between high peaks and has no roads in or out, being inaccessible from the surface. It is fully protected and cannot be seen from the air. But these cousins in the human line of evolution are not all that are here observing us. MARY JO (Being glib and smiling) That sounds kind of creepy, but after what happened to me that night when I was abducted, been there, done that! TYLER There are a number of others so engaged. He has been working for over two years on another UFO contact case that began in July of 1967, one of the heaviest UFO activity periods recorded in modern times, and is still going on. These extraterrestrials come from an atmospheric planet about 10 light years from Earth, a planet which they call Targa. It has a diameter and mass greater than that of Earth, and the acceleration of gravity at the surface is stronger. The atmosphere is much more dense than ours MARY JO Could we live there? TYLER They said an Earth human would be pelted to death in the rain on their planet. The speed of rotation is slower making the days and nights longer, but reflected sunlight from the regular twilight can brighten certain nights. Because of the thicker atmosphere and higher air pressure at the surface, which is even a different composition than ours, Targa knows no bright sunlight and sees nothing of moons and stars. Green predominates as the atmospheric color. The creatures there are a little larger than us and look quite different. MARY JO Do they have advanced technology? TYLER Their ship and its equipment and furnishings give evidence of a very highly advanced technology. Another contact that has been going on since October of 1969, and still continues, involves a life-form from another atmospheric planet orbiting a sun some 20 light years away near the star we call Mondial. He believed the star . . . . indicated to be 82 Mondial as this is a G5 star quite similar to our own sun which is in spectral class GO and is about the right 20 light years distance away. These creatures were larger, like 7 to 7.5 feet tall, and were covered with wrinkled skin and had very large arms with 6 fingers on the end. The skin has plates and wrinkles, something like crocodile skin. They had strange faces and a large mouth and very large ears, but they, like the others demonstrated a highly advanced technology. Still another recurring contact case he worked on more recently, involves the smaller hairless alien creatures with white skin, large domed heads, large eyes and small facial features. They have slightly built bodies and are only about 4 feet tall, they are called the Grays. MARY JO Isn't your father a Gray? TYLER My fathers mother was a Gray, but his father was an Alderan. MARY JO Oh, I see. TYLER Like I said these ET's are known as the grays. Their ships are marvelous machines and they have wonderful devices aboard but they don't seem to be a great deal more advanced than us in some respects. Their technology seems to be just beyond ours, like we might conceivably build such devices in a few more hundreds of years of time. They come from the twin suns which we call Zeta 1 and Zeta 2 Reticuli, and that they have been operating here and studying Earth and its creatures for decades. MARY JO How do you feel about being of Earth and Alien Origin? TYLER I don't have a problem with it. I'm rather proud of it! Well anyway, on with the rest. It is said that their large eyes are very light sensitive and for that reason they tend to only come to the surface of Earth at night. We have just begun investigations into another recurring contact case nearer to our home here in Arizona that has also been going on for many years and involves an extensive transmittal of highly technical evidence of a most advanced nature. We believe that this sort of contact is going on in all countries all over the world if we would just make the effort to identify the cases and spend a little money to properly investigate them. MARY JO So we are being invaded? TYLER Yes, we are being invaded by alien intelligence's on a grand scale, who generally do not seem to be hostile, but we should be aware of it and its possible effects on our lives and our future. MARY JO Lets break for dinner, ok then we can go back to the Alderen Chronicles. CUT TO: EXT. ALPINE WISCONSIN EXT. ALPINE SHERIFF DEPT. BLDG. INT. SHERIFF MONROE'S OFFICE Karl and Maxine are waiting for a call from Sheriff Monroe when the front door comes open and a uniformed man in his early fifties walks in and stops in front of them. He removes his hat and starts to converse with them. CHIEF ANDERSON (somber expression) I don't know if you remember seeing me before, I was here one day visiting James. Anyway, I'm Chief Anderson of the Wisconsin State Police. I'm afraid I have some bad news. Sheriff James Monroe, Chief Inspector Jacobs and their pilot were killed early this afternoon in a helicopter crash near the Alpine mine. Maxine sits down and starts to cry, Karl comforts her. KARL (choking up) Oh my god chief, how did it happen? CHIEF ANDERSON The only information we received was they were looking for Tyler Monroe, you know the kid that turned into an alien when he was beaten up in his jail cell. KARL Well hell they must have been looking for him and his mother, inside the mine! Has anyone looked inside the mine to see if they are there? CHIEF ANDERSON Captain Wilson had a couple of his guys look in the mine but they found nothing. KARL How deep did they go? CHIEF ANDERSON I was told a couple of hundred feet. KARL Chief, that mine goes in for at least a mile. CHIEF ANDERSON How familiar are you with the mine? KARL When I was a teenager, we used to go back in there to smoke and drink beer. And sometime take girls in there and scare them. There must be more that a dozen hidden rooms, I'll bet Tyler and his mom are in there, but they are well hidden. Give me a dozen State Police SWAT team guys and I'll flush them out! CHIEF ANDERSON You got it, can you go now? KARL I'm ready, lets do it! CUT TO: EXT. LAKE GENEVA WISCONSIN - LATE AFTERNOON EXT. LAKE GENEVA MINE Three State Police helicopters are seen settling down near the Lake Geneva Mine. Deputy Karl Johnson and several SWAT team members jump out of the helicopter armed with M16 assault rifles. They work their way down the small path and arrive at the entrance to the mineshaft. The other choppers empty when all the SWAT team members jump out, all three helicopters then fly off. Deputy Karl Johnson is seen entering the entrance to the mine, when Tyler's voice breaks the silence. TYLER (V.O.) Stop right there Karl and SWAT team, or I will be forced to defend myself. KARL JOHNSON First I need to know if you are responsible for the death of Sheriff Monroe and Chief Inspector Jacobs? TYLER (V.O.) They threatened me, so I acted in self defense, and the same thing will happen to all of you! Now go away! Karl, briefly looks at his SWAT team, motions to them and gives them the go sign and they all rush the mine opening. One by one they are picked off by several red lasers and in a few minutes the entrance is a mass of mangled bodies blood is everywhere. TYLER (V.O) (Laughing) Bing, Bam boom and all the Sheriffs men are gone! There are four men left outside, seeing what has happened they turn around and start to run for the helicopters. Outside speakers start to blare. TYLER (V.O.) (Still laughing) Don't leave boys, the party is just starting! In several large Laser bursts the men are decapitated and their heads roll down the hill. Tyler comes out of the Mine with two LAW rockets, crouching down he levels the rocket launcher at the first chopper and in a puff of flame and smoke, the chopper disappears, he aims the other LAW and destroys the other chopper. He walks around the burning wreckage and pulls the M16 off his back and loads it with a rifle grenade aims and lets go. A tremendous explosion ensues and huge fireballs are seen. TYLER (talking to himself) So that was the one carrying the C4, they were going to use on me! Well done, Tyler you are the man! CUT TO: EXT. ALPINE WISCONSIN - EARLY MORNING EXT. ALPINE SHERIFF DEPT. BLDG. A NATIONAL GUARD CHOPPER IS SETTING DOWN ON THE CITY STREET Chief Anderson exits and walks up to the Sheriff's building. INT. SHERIFF MONROE'S OFFICE Maxine has been waiting all night for a call from Karl Johnson when the door opens and Chief Anderson walks in and stops in front of her. He removes his hat and starts to converse with her. CHIEF ANDERSON (somber expression) I'm afraid I have some bad news. Deputy James Monroe, and members of the State Police SWAT team were killed in a shootout with Tyler Monroe at the Alpine mine. I have called in the National Guard. I'm sorry Maxine. MAXINE (She starts screaming) What the hell is going on Chief were losing everybody! CHIEF ANDERSON The National Guard is setting up a perimeter around the mine and they have set six large canisters of tear gas in a Hum V and as we speak they set it off in the mine. MAXINE (STILL CRYING) Fuck the National Guard, I want that son of a bitch. Chief, get me to the mine, I want to make sure that piece of shit doesn't escape. CHIEF ANDERSON Ok, you can go with me, are you ready to leave now? MAINE (really pissed) Yes, lets do it, I want that bastard! CUT TO: EXT. LAKE GENEVA WISCONSIN - MORNING EXT. LAKE GENEVA MINE A National Guard helicopter are seen settling down near the Lake Geneva Mine. Deputy Maxine Deer is seen jumping out of the Helicopter and running to the edge of the Guard Perimeter. She asks one of the enlisted men a question. Looking around she sees several hundred National Guard set up in place to do battle. MAXINE Hi soldier who is in command of this operation. He points to a tall nice looking young man in his thirties. She runs over to the commander and taps him on the shoulder. MAXINE (cont.) Excuse me commander, I'm Maxine Deer the acting Sheriff of Alpine County, and I need to know what's happening? CAPTAIN KHAN (smiling) Hi Sheriff, I'm, Captain Khan. We have set off enough tear gas to clear out a ball field. They should be coming out any minute. MAXINE Look, the kid in there has slaughtered over twenty State Police and Sheriff members, he must not get away! CAPTAIN KHAN (Smiling) Have no fear my dear miss Deer, we will get that piece of shit! MAXINE Very clever choice of words, but this is not the time to be entertaining me, if you want to go out, we may arrange dinner later. CAPTAIN KHAN I'm sorry, you looked so distraught Sheriff, I wanted to get you to smile, again I'm sorry. MAXINE Apology accepted. This Tyler Monroe is half Alien, so what will you do if his father and brother Aliens come in from out of clouds to rescue him. CAPTAIN KHAN (motioning to a Sargent) Sargent Kyle, please come here. (the young Sargent comes running over) Yes sir! (Saluting) CAPTAIN KHAN Sargent Kyle, how many stingers do we have? SARGENT KYLE Sire, we have four, but I can get more? CAPTAIN KHAN Listen carefully. I want you to pick four men that are qualified to use these Missile systems and position them strategically so if anything goes in or out of that mine or vent, I want you to shoot it down! SARGENT KYLE Shoot it down sir? CAPATIN KHAN Yes Sargent, shoot it down, I don't give a rats ass what it is. Now do you think you can handle this little project? SARGENT KYLE Sir, consider it done. MAXINE Your giving him a lot of latitude Captain? CAPTAIN KHAN I give all my men a lot of latitude. I'm really hungry, will you consider dinner from a young country gentleman? MAXINE You Khan bet on that. CAPTAIN KHAN Touché my dear! CUT TO: INT: MAINROOM DEEP IN THE MINESHAFT Tyler is sitting with his mother on the sofa. They're in conversation. MARY JO I'm so worried, what will we do if they find us? TYLER We'll just have to fight. You are with me right mom? MARY JO What is that smell? TYLER They dumped a bunch of tear gas in the mine but this room is ninety-percent sealed. MARY JO My god honey you have allowed for every contingency. TYLER I'm not stupid mother. Look Mom if things get a little dicey, I will fly us out of here, ok? MARY JO In what, a flying carpet? TYLER No, in a space ship. A present given to me by my father on my sweet sixteen birthday. MARY JO Tyler, I'm . . . I'm speechless! CUT TO: EXT. LAKE GENEVA WISCONSIN - NOON EXT. LAKE GENEVA MINE Maxine is conversing with Captain Khan. MAXINE Captain, it's been over an hour and nothing has happened? CAPTAIN KHAN Maxine, do you mind if I call you Maxine? MAXINE Honey, you can call me toots if you want, I just want that rat bastard Tyler Monroe dead. Do you mind if I call you Captain Khangaroo? CAPTAIN KHAN (Laughing) Has anyone ever accused you of being tenacious? MAXINE All the time, now can we please hold off on the foreplay and get back to business. CAPTAIN KHAN I have been ordered to give them an hour after the tear gas attack, then if they still haven't come out, I will . . . . flood the mine. MAXINE Flood the mine? CAPTAIN KHAN You see, we had to sandbag the entrance to the mine so the gas would take effect. So, if you look now at the mine, my people are using the bullhorns, asking them to come out, they will also tell them, the mine will be flooded in fifteen minutes. You see the two tanker trucks driving up to the entrance. Each tanker has twenty thousand gallons. If that doesn't do it we will dump another forty thousand gallons later. MAXINE (Happy) Alright, drown them like rats! The men start pumping water into the mine shaft. CUT TO: INT: MAINROOM DEEP IN THE MINESHAFT Tyler is sitting with his mother on the sofa. They're in conversation. MARY JO What are they doing out there? TYLER They are flooding the mine. MARY JO Oh my god, Tyler what will we do? TYLER It's time to leave mom, it's time to leave! Tyler and Mary Jo leave the main room and go into the shaft where the Alien Spacecraft is stored. INT: SPACECRAFT STORAGE ROOM She is shocked when he pulls back the tarp revealing a very sleek spacecraft. MARY JO Oh my god Tyler it's beautiful. TYLER Mom, get inside and make yourself comfortable, I have one more thing to do before we leave. I'll be right back. CUT TO: INT: MAINROOM DEEP IN THE MINESHAFT Tyler is sitting at the controls of his computer. He presses a small button and clicks the mouse, and looks at the monitor. He presses another button and it shows a grid of an area, covering the entrance to the mine and an area about a hundred yards outside of the mine. TYLER (Talking to himself) Well now them there, lets see shall I set off my hidden C4 charges. Now lets see, one thousand pounds of C4 spread over an area, my calculations show I should get all those weekend warriors! He presses the button for the loudspeaker located outside of the mine. TYLER Yo. My mine is not watertight, so please stop pumping water in, or else! Maxine grabs the bullhorn away from an enlisted and and barks into it as loud as she can! MAXINE (using bullhorn) Tyler you piece of fucking dog shit I will never rest until I see you dead! TYLER (Sarcastic) Oh hi, Maxine. It's so good to hear from you. You must have come here to see these storm troopers drown my ass. MAXINE Fuck you, you half breed piece of Alien dog shit! TYLER I'm sorry but I can't hear you, will you come a little closer to the entrance so I can talk to you. Maxine is now in a range, as she places a rifle grenade in her M16 launcher tube. She gets up and starts to run to the entrance of the mine. Captain Khan follows her and tries to grab her. All the men in the outer perimeter also run after her and try to catch her. Everyone is now clustered around the mine opening trying to stop her from firing a rifle grenade into the entrance of the mine. TYLER (looking at the monitor) You stupid fucking whore, and you love sick puppy, you will now be together forever! Tyler presses the first destroying everything one hundred yards in front of the mine. He sees all of the men ripped apart from the C4 charges. No one is left. He then pushes another button and blasts everything covering the mine entrance. Sandbags are blown everywhere and the forty thousand gallons of water start rushing out washing all the bodies and pieces of bodies over the cliff. TYLER (cont.) (laughing) Tyler, yes you are the man! CUT TO: INT: SPACECRAFT STORAGE ROOM Tyler runs into the room and a large overhead cover rolls back showing the sky and particles of dirt start dropping in the room. He climbs into the craft, closes the hatch and starts to hover then in one quick second the craft rises and goes through the hole in the cave roof. CUT TO: EXT: SPACECRAFT IS SEEN RISING THROUGH A HOLE IN THE TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN. Four enlisted men are seen aiming their Stinger Missile Launchers at the craft as it's starting to gain speed. CUT TO: INT: INSIDE TYLERS SPACE SHIP He sees the Stinger Missile coming to his craft and he presses a button. CUT TO: EXT: SKY SHOT SHOWING A MISSLE HEADING FOR THE SPACECRAFT A large red laser emits from the spacecraft and destroys the Stinger in a tremendous blast. Another stinger approaches the spacecraft and again it's destroyed. And another stinger approaches it and again it's destroyed. A fourth missile is now approaching. INT: INSIDE TYLERS SPACE SHIP Tyler is seen pushing a button frantically and nothing is happening. TYLER (frantic) Shit my capacitor hasn't built up the charge yet, oh my god, mom hang on! CUT TO: EXT: SKY SHOT SHOWING A MISSLE HITTING THE SPACECRAFT A large FIREBALL is seen as the missile destroys the spacecraft. A secondary explosion in the form of a nuclear fireball when the nuclear reactor is breached. Pieces fall to the ground raining debris. FADE OUT: THE ENDGo to Home Page
