COMMANDER USA

From a video vault in suburban New Jersey came Commander USA, a retired superhero who hosted Mexican and Japanese films. Along with his pal "Lefty" (actually his hand with a face draw on it with cigar ash), the Commander was on the USA Network from 1985 to 1989.
