Kicked out of the realm of Spectres for suggesting that TV could be used to control the human race, The Spooky Spectre takes over CUTV every Friday at Midnight and, along with his manservant Cedric, broadcasts his agenda and shows classic horror films. To this day, he sends his signal to unsuspecting viewers.
