This section will include information on the first ever unofficial State movie, Wet Hot American Summer. The page is currently under construction, but we should have all the information we need very soon.
Peter Salett: "I have been working as an actor and on songs for the exciting new movie, Wet Hot American Summer, directed by my friend David Wain. For any of you who remember The State, on MTV, David and co-writer/star Michael Showalter, as well as many other cast members will be in the movie. As well, Janeane Garofalo, David Hyde Pierce, Paul Rudd, and Molly Shannon will be in this silly summer camp comedy. I just recorded the theme song for the closing credits, and I think it came out very well. This movie at the very least will be a cult classic." Taken from PeterSalett.Com
"You heard it here first, folks...David's new film "Wet Hot American Summer" will be filmed during May 11- June 15 in Northeastern part of Pennsylvania in an actual summer camp."
