Annabel Van Der Decken, the Plugs Team's new boss, turns traitor ("Terminal Velocity")
DIGITAL INFERNO (Part 1 of 2): When a team of hackers infiltrates the new operating system 'Skylight', the now bankrupt Plugs team (after they were sued for blowing up Tescos) is called by a shadowy new boss who makes them an offer they can't refuse to investigate. The new boss (Annabel Van Der Decken) wants them to cure the virus and find those responcible. The team find a suspect named Fiona Crimson, but all Bucket wants to do is ask her out on a date. When it is uncovered she works for Microsoft, the chief rivals to the new operating system, and she is investigating ressurection techniques, an old enemy comes to mind who could walk again....
THE NERD STRIKES BACK (Part 2 of 2): Bill Gates is back from the dead, and he wants revenge. However, teaming up with Fiona and the sinister ressurection expert, Dr. Brosnan, he decides the best way to do this is to infiltrate the launch of Skylight. Bucket is still chasing after Fiona in an attempt to woe her, but all she wants to do is see him dead. The Plugs team has to track the villans as they make thier move and defeat Bill Gates all over again. However, with the Armageddon Virus now on the Net and a ressurection technique discovered, the return of old foes may not be over yet....
POLARIS (Part 1 of 2): When a General working on a new satelite based weapons sytem is murdered, the Plugs team is called to investigate. The system (Polaris) is not completed yet, and the army wants it ready soon. After meeting the head scientist (Dr. Burger) and his assistant (Dr. Strange), the Plugs team are sure their is an enemy within but don't know who. Ted uses a newly confgured version of the Fibersword virus to infiltrate the computers in the Space Centre and finds out Polaris is not only finished, it is also armed. He is chased through the centre to the basement, and comes face to face with the Plug's team's nemesis Daniel Jeans, encarserated in ice....
MACHINE HEART (Part 2 of 2): The Plugs team have to stop the traitor, Dr. Strange, from ressurecting Daniel Jeans and using Polaris to take over the world. Bucket allows the computer virus, Fibersword, to be let loose in the computers of the Space Centre to deactivate Polaris. Ted gets a little tied up by Strange, and is forced to hang around whilst a bomb prepares to explode. Ruz chases Strange, and is able to stop the satelite. However, with Fibersword now loose somewhere and the body of Daniel Jeans missing, it can only be a matter of time before one or the other resurrafces...
NUCLEAR SUNRISE (Part 1 of 3): When a mysterious thief gets close to a nuclear weapon, the Plugs team is called to go and guard it. However, their adversary is none other than Banana, Daniel Jean's henchwoman who miraculously survived the Tesco's bombing. As she regains the trust of Fibersword and begins to ressurect her master, she finds out about the missile and goes off in pursuit. The Plugs team is taken by suprise and are trapped in a warehouse with a large bomb. Luckily, an inflatable tank provides a means of escape but Banana manages to escape with the nuke and the ressurection process has started. Daniel Jeans will soon walk the earth again....
VERY CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER (Part 2 of 3): Daniel Jeans is alive and he now has the missile. The Plugs team learn there is a mole at the Bureau and whilst Annabel hunts it down, the team head to France in an attempt to stop Daniel Jeans. However, he's on home turff here and is able to make their passage to the nuclear missile silos explosive. As Bucket goes after the man himself, Ted and Ruz go after the nuke and are met by Banana who forces them straight into Fibersword's clutches. As Bucket learns that the nuke will destroy London and allow Fibersword to become the world's biggest computer system, the missile launches and he watches as his friends are finsihed before being silenced....
TERMIANL VELOCITY (Part 3 of 3): As usual, the Plugs team have escaped death by a whisper and now Bucket must face Daniel Jeans whilst Ruz must pilot the missile, from the inside. Bucket escapes thanks to Ruz but they are by no means safe. As Ted battles Banana, he realises that Daniel Jeans must have another accomplice, the mole at the Bureau and the appearence of their shadowy boss, Annabel, on the arm of Daniel Jeans confrims their worst fears. they've been helping her to preapre for this moment and must evade her and Daniel Jeans together. With the love scorned Banana on their side, the team destroy Fibersword and corner the evil couple. However, they can't stop the missile from exploding, and they lose one of their number as Daniel Jeans is finally finished off...but it is a pyrrhic victory in every sense....
