Ruz and Bucket stare at something outside the Millenium Dome ("Speedy 2: Bruise Control")

SPEEDY (Part 1 of 2): The Plugs team are back in buisiness after being bankrupted for their little Frecnh expedition. After the boss of a bus company dies in incredibly suspisious/large explosion related circumatsances, the Plugs team is called to investigate. The only suspects are Chris, Jack and Jo (three executives who hated their boss) Ted and Bucket conclude none of them are suspisious, but Ruz works out they were all responcible. But Ted has already been seduced by Jo who tricks him onto getting onto a bus which is under Jack's control. Bucket manages to get rid of Jack, and finds out that the executives plan to blow up the bus and kill people for publicity. But Bucket is about to be silenced by Chris and a very large bazooka...When Ted finally gets control, he finds that he must stay over 60mph or the bomb will explode....and he's driving straight through rush hour London and heading straight for Buckingham Palace.

SPEEDY 2: BRUISE CONTROL (Part 2 of 2): Bucket manages to avoid death by a whisker...but the two remaining executives are heading to the launch of their new advertising. Meanwhile, Ted has managed to avoid an embarrasins run in with the Queen (in a very literal sense) and attempts to keep control inside various tourist attractions. Ruz and Bucket find out that even if Ted keps the bus' speed over 60mmph, the bomb will still explode so they figure the best place to blow the bus up is the Millenium Dome, so they guide Ted there. The presnece of Jack and Jo confirms the Dome as the launch site for the bus company, so Bucket attempts a diversion. He fails, but his life is saved by the appearence of Ted in the bus. The team foils the launch, free Ted and escapes as the bus explodes, taking the Dome with it. But Jo has managed to escape the carnage...and vows revenge.

GHOST OF THE MACHINE (Part 1 of 2): The Plugs team are hired by the military to find the four disks which make up the core programming of the computer virus, Fibersword. The military claim that they want to bring the program back to complete the task it was originally intended for. The team infiltrate four Government minisitires to find the disks, including their old workplace at the Bureau of Weapons. But as soon as the military have the disks, it becomes clear that their true intention is to bring back FIbersword as the same killer virus the Plugs team destroyed twice before...and its third plan for world domination begins.

POWER SURGE (Part 2 of 2): The race is on to stop Fibersword taking over the world along with its sinister accomplices, General Grant and General Tooting. The team realise that Fibersword either wants the world to submit, or be destroyed, as they find out when a missile flies through their front window. Going back to the Bureau, they team up with the secretary, Alexia, and form Bureau 2. The team set out to the base, but are soon captured by Grant and Tooting. Ruz manages to lay the bomb to destroy Fibersword and Bucket proves surprisingly clever, outwitting the machine to set the bomb and destroy itself, both Generals as well as all the disks, finally finishing the super virus off forever. A new alliance has been formed, and one old enemy finally defeated. But how long before Bureau 2 face a deadlier challenge?....

BLAST FROM THE PAST (Part 1 of 3): Bureau 2 are contacted by developers working on the newly rebuilt Canary Wharf. they are concerned about the security of the awesomely powered building. Unbeknownst to them, the whole thing is a plot by Jo Black, the executive of the bus company in "Speedy," who is vying for revenge. Trapping the team on the 32nd floor, she releases a killer guard dog to hunt them down. Some quick work from Ruz stops that threat, but the team can't find a way back to ground level. They attempt to make their escape through the windows, but an explosion leaves them precariously placed. Meanwhile, Jo reports their death to the main developer of Canary Wharf whose own new plan for world domination is about to come into effect... Annabel Van Der Decken.

A TIME TO BE KILLED (Part 2 of 3): The Plugs team have escaped death by a whisker, and continue their attempt to escape Canary Wharf. On the way, they discover the building is part of a plot involving the popular quiz show "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" which will take place there on the eve of the Millennium. They are able to make their escape, and find out that the money to build the structure came from one of Daniel Jean's old accounts, and they realise that Annabel is responcible. Back at Canary Wharf, Annabel puts the final pieces of her plan into motion. Plotting with her new boyfriend, the millionaire host, Chris Tarrant, she plans to win the money from the quiz and then use Canary Wharf to take control of the world on the stroke of midnight. The Plugs team arrive on Millennium eve and narrowly escape another explosion, finally arriving at the millionaire stage in time to be captured by Annabel and Jo.

MILLENNIUM RISING (Part 3 of 3): The Plugs team are playing for their highest stakes as the final moments of the Millennium tick away. The team escape and Bucket unwittingly infiltrates the millionaire show. Ted and Alexia race to stop Annabel whilst Ruz and Bucket secure the money. Ted and Alexia find Annabel and as the new year arrives manage to stop the money transfer. However, Annabel escapes, using a bomb to try and kill both Chris Tarrant and Bucket. Bucket narrowly escapes and gives chase in a dangerous boat chase down the Thames. He catches up with her on a balloon overlooking the site of the ex-Millennium Dome. Her final bid for power is to try and kill Bucket, but she fails and crashes back into Canary Wharf as it explodes in a bomb planted by Alexia and Ruz. The Plugs team celebrate their victory, and Bucket and Ruz finally get together happily... until three months later when the team arrive at Ruz's apartment and find she is missing in what appears to be a violent abduction scenario... And then, as if things couldn't get worse, the series is ended by the writer.
