The second drawer is unlocked. As you look through the various files you realize this is where the most recent or current patients files are kept. Unfortunatly if Stefano DiMera's file is in here it would be in the first drawer as the second drawer contains patients files with last names begining with letters from the second half of the alphabet.

Look at the roation and signout schedule
Look in the first drawer
Look in the second drawer
Exit the nurses station
