The Wish
I think The Wish holds a lot of symbolism and significance to the series that only a true BtVV fan could notice. The entire fight scene at the end of the show defines all of the characters relationships: Xander killing Angel-the two have always had an ongoing tiff Buffy killing Xander-how Xander loved Buffy and she did not love him and Oz killing Willow-the fact that they were having problems in their relationship at the time. The Wish is the most moving BtVS episode in the entire series in my opinion and it deserves special recognition. And I just plain like it! :)
