There are no actually requirements to join, but to apply for things to cheer for there are a number of things:

» You cannot cheer for a character on the show.

» You must have a reason for what you want to cheer for.  Doesn't have to be great (unless it's for a whole episode) just a simple sentence about why you like this particular item, quote, scene etc.   For an episode ('cause it's a whole episode) you should have a paragraph of about 5-10 lines about what you liked about it.

» There is a limit of ten cheers per member.

» And that's about it, I think.
