BIO: Kefka is evil...with a little bit of fun mixed in. He really loves his job, and takes pride in causing pain and terror. He's also the main villain in Final Fantasy III (or VI, if you prefer).

PREVIOUS OFFENCES: Some of thier previous schemes include tearing down the Amazon rainforest to make back scratchers, stealing oil from a Russian tanker, and causing an oil spill in the process, and stealing Kolalas to sell them to rich people. (Thanks to Chris for this description).
BIO: As you can see, Kip is a rotten poacher. He's only interested in money, and forever coming up with schemes to make it fast, usually at the expense of mother nature.
