Biography:

Kelsey Grammer is the voice behind Sideshow Bob. He was born on the island of St. Thomas (in the U.S. Virgin Islands), and was raised in New Jersey and Florida. His grandfather played a part in the boy's upbrining, until he grandfather died when Grammer was eleven. After this, Grammer became interested in the works of William Shakespeare.

Kelsey Grammer - can't you just see the evil?

He performed in his high school's production of "The Little Foxes", and was encouraged by his English and Drama teachers to pursue acting as a career. He spent two years at the Juilliard School, and then joined the Old Globe Theatre in San Diego, where he performed works by Shakespeare and George Bernard Shaw. He eventually performed in theatres throughout the U.S, including work on Boradway.

His most famous work is, of course, as Frasier Crane. He has received an unprecedented seven Emmy nominations for the same role (including nominations for Cheers, Wings, and Frasier). From these nominations he has garnered two Outstanding Actor awards. He has also won a Golden Globe Award, an American Comedy Award, and a People's Choice Award, and currently lives in the Los Angeles "area".
