Well i'll give you a chance to win my award. It is very simple to win this award and everyone gets some thing out of it. The way i give this award out is very weird.....it is based on points and i give out different awards to the pages that i feel are better equiped (the pages with more points).
I give:
20 points for having ATLEAST 5 gif or jpg images
20 points for having ATLEAST 2-3 animated gifs
20 points for having SOME creativity in your page
10 points for having ATLEAST 7 south park links
10 points for having counter OVER 1,000
10 points for having SOME information on south park
9 points for having COOL home page in addition to the south park page
1 point for having a PAGE!

For having 100-81 points you have an excellent site and get a 5 cake site rating
For having 80-61 points you have a very good site and get a 4 cake site rating
For having 60-41 points you have a good site and get a 3 cake site rating
For having 40-21 points you have a poor site and get a 2 cake site rating
For having 20-1 points you have a sorry site and get a 1 cake site rating!
