She was a semi-finalist in Star Search 1997, which was organised by the Television Corporation of Singapore. Though she did not get into the finals, TCS signed her up and she was given the opportunity to act. Right now, with 2 albums under her belt, she is also the first TCS "ah-jie" to perform in the National Day Parade. She is none other than Evelyn Tan, the third "ah-jie" of Caldecott Hill. This entire web site is dedicated and devoted to Evelyn Tan, another bright star of Caldecott Hill.
