Secret of the Heart, Episode 20 Amy turns down Felix after he revealed his interest in her. Felix, feeling rejected,
accepts the reality that Amy is not interested in him. Kathy indicates to Felix that she
has feelings for him but is rejected by Felix. Somehow Amy gets herself trapped in a burning building. Gallen risks his life to save Amy from the fire. He is able to rescue Amy from the fire. devastated by this terrible news. Secret of the Heart, Episode 21 Gallen and Amy fly to Canada to help take care of Apple. Gallen and Amy's arrival gives Apple encouragement and hope to fight for her life. Seeing Apple in her dying stage, Gallen decides to keep his relationship with Amy a secret from Apple. Apple dies in Gallen's arms. Emotionally, Gallen seems unable to let go of Apple. Gallen keeps remembering the times he and Apple spent together. Amy feels that Gallen is unable to let go of his relationship with Apple. Kathy introduces her new boyfriend to Felix. On the surface, it looks like Kathy is over Felix. She acts like she is happy with her new boyfriend. Kathy tries to get over Felix but she knows she is lying to herself. Deep down inside, she still likes Felix. Gallen tries to let go of his feelings for Apple. He bravely tries to start over with
his life but the truth is he is still living in the past with his memories of Apple. Amy
tries to save her relationship with Gallen but Gallen seems to avoid dealing with their
relationship. Amy and Gallen begin to drift further and further apart... Secret of the Heart, Episide 22 Jessica and CKF are rumored to be dating. At the same time, CKF has been seeing less and less of Ada. Ada feels really distressed over her relationhip with CKF. Sunny sees an article/photo in some society magazine about Jessica going out with CKF. Angrily, Sunny approaches CKF and scolds him for treating Ada badly. After being scolded by Sunny, CKF immediately reconciles with Ada. Kathy learns that "Sheun Tin"'s stock is about to drop steeply. She immediately informs Felix of this latest stock movement. Upon hearing Kathy's news, Felix is very distant and cold toward Kathy. Felix even insults Kathy. After being treated badly by Felix, Kathy is determined to forget about Felix. Felix finally realizes how much Kathy cares for him. He is touched and moved by her unflinching feelings for him. Felix finally accepts Kathy's love and they begin to date. Gallen and Amy have plans to study abroad. (They might have planned to take some
business courses overseas.) Just before they were about to leave, they receive Apple's
will (might be Apple's last letter?). Amy realizes that Apple will always come between
Gallen and Amy. Memories of Apple constantly cast a shadow over Gallen and Amy's
relationship. Amy suggests to Gallen that they should break up... Secret of the Heart, Episode 23 Gallen and Amy keep avoiding each other after their break-up. Finally they are able to openly and honestly discuss their feelings, and they both decide that they are better off as friends. They no longer feel uneasy or awkward toward each other. They are at ease again as friends. Jessica chooses Ada to be the model for their company's advertisements. The ad/commercial turns out very well. Sunny is very relieved that the commercial is satisfactory. Ada is happily in love with CKF. She is about to achieve her dream of marrying into a wealthy family. CKF invites Ada home for dinner. CKF's father, Pui, is not at all pleased about CKF dating Ada. At the dinner, Pui even insults Ada. Ada is deeply hurt by Pui's insults. As Ada is leaving CKF"s home, she is hit by a car and taken to the hospital. At a chance encounter, Mei runs into Pui. Upon seeing Mei after so many years, Pui is

beaten up by Pui's men. Mei finds out what happened to Fu, and she goes to see Pui. Mei
and Pui argue about what Pui did to Fu. They depart feeling angry at each other. Pui turns

Pui's company's (Yee Hoi Incorporated) stock drops steeply. Pui, Fung and Yan discuss possible plans to counter this problem. Felix comforts Kathy and tells her not to worry. Actually, Felix has collected evidence on
Pui's involvement in bribes, but Felix didn't turn the ICAC takes Fung in for questioning also. Pui has been hosptalized after suffering from
poor health. CKF is very concerned over this situation, and he wants to help his family
(the Kum family). CKF expresses his Mei really misses CKF and wants to see him. Kathy tries to persuade CKF to come visit
the Ching family (Mei's family). Ada points out to CKF the importance of family. CKF
finally is willing to visit Mei and the Ching Pui arranges for Fung to leave HK in order to turn ICAC's attention away from them. Fung unwillingly consent to temporarily leaving HK. Sunny and Gallen open a traveling agency together. Pui, in his attempt to help his real
son, secretly arranges some business for the traveling agency. Sunny finds out Pui has
been helping them and he goes to see Episode 28 from TVB: Unknown to everyone, Fung is the one who
betrayed Pui and turned in evidence against Pui... Pui posts bail and is able to return home pending trial. Everyone is puzzled as to how ICAC was able to obtain the evidence of bribery to charge Pui. Unknown to everyone, Fung is the one who betrayed Pui. A former employee of Pui's corporation had given Fung a company document/report proving Pui's involvement with bribery. Fung, under an assumed name, sent the incriminating report to ICAC. Felix is also arrested and charged by ICAC. Felix posts bail and is released pending trial. ICAC questions Jessica about Fung's whereabout. Jessica has no idea where her brother is. She has not heard from Fung at all. Jessica is in a bad mood due to her brother being missing so she takes it out on her staff. Jessica feels really bad about her brother being linked to ICAC's investigation and her brother being missing. Jessica desperately needs a friend to talk to so she makes up a lie to get Sunny to come see her. Jessica told Sunny she has cancer. Jessica feels trapped and very upset over her brother's situation. The bank temporarily freezes Century Airline's assets for expansion of two new routes. CKF goes to talk to the bank's president hoping to persuade him to unfreeze Century's assets. CKF is successful and the bank unfreezes Century's assets. CKF feels he has achieved a great deed for the company. To CKF's surprise, instead of complimenting CKF for his work, Pui blames CKF for leaking to the bank the company's plan of joint venture with Wah Gai Incorporated. Due to insufficient evidence, ICAC drops its charges against Pui and Fung. For some reason, Pui transfers his business (perhaps some of his business) to Fung. Ada wishes for CKF and Sunny to be friends again. CKF is in a bad mood and takes it out
on Ada. Ada runs to Sunny and cries on his shoulder... Episode 29 from TVB: Felix still has feelings for Amy while he is
dating Kathy... Jessica is jealous when she sees Sunny and Ada together. Fung explains to Jessica he was involved in the bribery because he was trying to help/protect Pui. Gallen and Sunny's travel agency owes Century Airline around $400,000.00. Gallen uses the proceeds from Apple's life insurance to invest in Japanese Yen at Yan's brokerage firm hoping to earn the money to repay the agency's debt. (CKF has several sisters: Ying who is married to Fung, Yan who is good friend with Jessica...) Yan advises Gallen that the Japanese Yen is not a safe investment. Gallen doesn't listen to Yan's tips. As a result, Gallen loses his investment and incurs more debt from the brokerage firm. Yan is after Gallen for the money he owes her firm. Pui is found guilty of bribery and is ordered to go to prison. Before Pui left for prison, he discusses with his family how to handle various matters while he is away. Since Pui has been found guilty of bribery and sent to prison, Fung officially takes over Yee Hoi Corporation. Fung has ambitious plans for himself and the corporation. Pui asks to see CKY before Pui left for prison. Pui asks CKF to help Sunny clear Sunny's debt. CKF assures Pui he will help clear Sunny's debt. Kathy and Felix return to HK after their vacation. Kathy notices Felix is acting
somewhat strange, and Kathy wonders if Felix is secretly dating someone else. Felix tells
Amy he is going to take it easy from now on and enjoy life more since Pui has received a
just punishiment for Pui wrongdoings. Felix is still deeply hurt by Amy's rejection but
the truth is Amy is still the one who Felix really likes. Episode 30: Kathy is pregnant with Felix's baby...
Century Airline's aircrafts are experiencing some mechanical problems. In order to prevent tragedies and protect the airline's public image, CKF orders the airline to stop flying the aircrafts with the problems. Ying opposes CKF's order because she feels the airline would lose a sizable profit if certain aircrafts are shut down for use. CKF finds out that Jessica has been promoted to Executive Vice President at the airline. CKF feels Pui hasn't given him the promotional opportunities CKF deserves. Pui hasn't promote CKF to top/important position at the airline. CKF feels strongly that he has been "pass over" for major promotions at the company. Kathy is pregnant with Felix's baby. Kathy is about to tell Felix about her pregnancy
when all of a sudden, Felix suggests they should break up. Felix tells Amy she is the one
he loves. Amy reveals to Felix that Kathy is pregnant with his baby. Felix, feeling
responsible for the child, proposes to Kathy. Kathy turns down Felix's proposal because
she doesn't want him to propose to her out of obligation for the child. Kathy lies Episode 31 from TVB: Jessica asks Sunny out ...
Amy is devastated after she found out Kathy had an abortion. Amy tells Felix both Kathy
and Amy are leaving his company. Felix unwillingly accepts their resignations. The truth
is Kathy didn't have an abortion. After much thoughts, Kathy decides to keep her baby.
Kathy decides to take a vacation to help her sort things out. At the airport, Amy says
goodbye to Kathy and firmly reassures Kathy that Amy won't get involved with Jessica uses her birthday as an excuse to ask Sunny out for dinner. Sunny says no without much thought. Somehow Yan is able to arrange for Sunny to have dinner with Jessica on her birthday. Jessica and Sunny spend a romantic evening together. (Keep in mind that "romantic" doesn't necessary means that Jessica and Sunny are romantically-involved; it could mean that the atmosphere of the evening is "romantic.") Sunny gives Jessica a bracelet for her birthday. Yan runs into her ex-boyfriend, Martin. Martin wants to get back together with Yan. Seeing that Martin is acting rather persistent toward Yan, Gallen tries to help Yan out of this awkward situation. However, Yan isn't at all grateful for Gallen's help. Yan's ungratefulness makes Gallen realize that it is hard to be a nice guy sometimes. Martin, thinking Gallen is Yan's boyfriend, approaches Gallen to discuss Yan's relationship. Martin tells Gallen he wants Yan back hoping that Gallen would give Yan back to him. Loansharks are after Gallen. Gallen owes them quite a large sum of debt. Yan asks
Gallen to pose as her fiancee so that Martin would leave her alone and forget about her.
Yan makes a deal with Gallen that if Gallen is willing to pose as her fiancee, she would
write-off his debt with her firm... Episode 32 from TVB: Gallen tries to persuade Amy into accepting Felix's love... CKF is involved in an automobile accident where he hit a someone. Fung and his wife, Ying, attempt to use CKF's involvement in the auto accident to "oust" CKF out of the company. They wants CKF to leave the company. Jessica somehow discovers that the injured individual is a con-artist who was faking his injuries. When the truth came out that the injured person is a phony, Fung and Ying have to abandon their plan to "oust" CKF out of the company for now. While he is drunk Felix admits to Gallen that he has feelings for Amy. Gallen tries to persuade Amy into accepting Felix's love. Ada and Sunny runs into each other in a store. They chat and realize they both have many things in common. They kind of "connected" in a way. Sunny is very excited about how compatible they are. Jessica tells Sunny she has feelings for him. Sunny honestly admits to Jessica that she
is not the one he loves. Jessica is sad and disappointed... Episode 33 from TVB: CKF admits to Jessica he has feelings for
Jessica... Sunny admits to Jessica that he still loves Ada. Jessica is sad and disappointed, but she is not going to give up and she will wait for Sunny. CKF is pretty sure Sunny still likes Ada. CKF chats with Sunny trying to look for hints from Sunny about his feelings for Ada. CKF's conversation with Sunny confirms CKF that Sunny is still interested in Ada. CKF also somehow discovers Fung's plan to takeover the company... (I am not sure whether they are talking about Fung's involvement in sending Pui to prison or perhaps, Fung's new ambitious plans for the company...) CKF is now interested in Jessica and he is trying very hard to win Jessica over. CKF sets up many opportunites for Sunny to spend time with Ada. Ada lends some money to her friend behind CKF's back. CKF finds out about the loan and purposely starts a fight with Ada. During the fight, CKF takes the opportunity to accuse Ada of having feelings for Sunny. Ada tries to convince CKF his accusation is wrong but her efforts are useless. Ada also catches CKF hanging out with other women. (I think at this point, CKF is trying very hard to break up with Ada and make it seem like Ada is the one who is not loyal to him. We all know that CKF is the one who is not loyal in the relationship...) Once again, CKF arranges for Sunny to go see Ada during a big rainstorm. Then CKF goes to see Jessica. While CKF is kind of drunk, he tells Jessica he has feelings for Jessica (maybe he is pretending to be drunk in order to make it easier for him to admit his feelings for her...). CKF even takes Jessica over to Ada's building to let Jessica witness Sunny and Ada together. CKF is hoping Jessica would forget about Sunny. Even though it hurts Jessica to see Sunny and Ada together, Jessica is not willing to accept CKF's love... Episode 34 from TVB: CKF has fallen in love with Jessica...

Fung admits to CKF that Yee Hoi Corporation is a "shell" corporation. Fung
even admits to Pui all his prior and present schemes of ruining Pui and taking over the
company. At the prison, Pui suffers a stroke after Amy seems to avoid Felix intentionally... Episode 35 from TVB: Felix is seriously injured...
Felix returns home from the restaurant and receives news of Pui's stroke. Felix is devastated when he finds out about Pui's condition... Yee Hoi Corporation is in a state of chaos after Fung left the company. Pui asks to see Felix. Upon Pui's persuasion, Felix promises Pui that he will do his best to save Yee Hoi Corporation. Yan returns to Yee Hoi Corporation to help out. The staff of Yee Hoi always talk about Yan behind her back. Gallen is worry about Yan after seeing Yan working so hard and facing many obstacles at Yee Hoi. Ada meets Weh at the Piano School. It was love at first sight for both Ada and Weh... The police arrests Fung for falsifying financial records at Yee Hoi Corporation. Fung can't get himself out of this one because the police has convincing evidence to prove his frauds. Hoping to give Sunny and Jessica another opportunity at love, Ada pages Jessica using Sunny's name... After Amy says goodbye to Felix (I think somehow they were spending some time together), Felix is beaten up by some thugs. Felix is seriously injured... Episode 36 from TVB: Sunny is kidnapped... Felix suffers serious injuries and is listed in critical condition at the hospital. Amy is extremely worried about Felix. Fung has been found guilty of Fraud and is awaiting being sentenced. CKF is scared that his participation in Fung's scheme would be revealed. Fung refuses to help CKF keep his "secret." Yan asks an accountant to audit the company's records. CKF has been ordered to leave the company. Mei realizes that Amy really cares for Felix. Mei is always "mothering" Amy about Amy's feelings for Felix... When Felix finally wakes up from his injuries, his first words are words of concern for Amy's safety... Pui is released from prison. Pui refuses to listen to CKF's explaination about his participation in Fung's scheme. Trying to protect himself, CKF pleads with Mei to ask Sunny to ask Pui for CKF's forgiveness. After speaking with Sunny about CKF's situation, Pui's attitude toward CKF begins to soften. Paul introduces CKF to Bil. CKF incurs a large sum of gambling debt in Mocow. Bil suggests that CKF pretend to be kidnapped so he could trick his family into paying the ransom. The ransom would be used to repay CKF's gambling debt. However, CKF decides to kidnap Sunny instead... After walking Jessica back to her apartment, Sunny is kidnapped by his abductors. The abductors place a bag over Sunny's head and carry him onto a car... Episode 37 from TVB: Sunny finds out CKF was involved in his
kidnapping... Jessica calls the police immediately. Pui receives a call from the kidnappers. The kidnappers ask Pui for $10 million in ransom. All Pui wants is for Sunny to be returned safely, he immediately pays the ransom. The two kidnappers/abductors split the ransom 50/50. CKF gets nothing. Sunny returns home safe and sound. Everyone is very relieved and happy for Sunny's return, especially Mei. At the hospital, Felix has taken a turn for the worst. Amy is very worried. Amy folds paper cranes wishing for Felix's recovery. Fortunately, Felix's condition soon turns for the better. From his cellular phone's billing records, Sunny finds out that CKF was involved in his kidnapping. Sunny chooses not to pursuit this matter any further because he values his relationship with his brother, CKF... Pui investigates Sunny's kidnapping and discovers that CKF was involved. Mei pleads with Pui for CKF's forgiveness. Pui lets CKF off the hook after Mei's pleads. CKF goes to see Ada. Ada doesn't want CKF to be hurt from the kidnapping incident. (CKF
might have convinced Ada that he is innocent...) Ada sacrifices herself and pleads with
Weh for CKF... Ada promises Weh that she will stay by Weh's side if Weh would help
CKF... CKF, unawared of what Ada is doing for him, leaves Hong Kong... Episode 38 from TVB: Amy finally accepts Felix's love...
CKF has no choice but to leave Hong Kong after being hunted by his debtors. These debtors are all after CKF because he owes them a large sum of money. Ada helps CKF repay his debt. (I think Ada promises Weh her companionship in exchange for Weh's help in repaying CKF's debt...) Ada keeps her promise to Weh and accompanies him to a music concert. Ada is surprised that Weh didn't proceed further with her (another way to put this is: Ada is surprised that Weh didn't try anything on her...). CKF arrives in Canada. He stays with his friend Kin... Under the encouragement of Pui, Mei, and Jessica, Sunny has been successfully admitted into Yee Hoi Corporation's Executive Training Program. In Canada, CKF's money has been stolen by Kin. Fortunately, Uncle Lun offers to help CKF. CKF is very grateful for Uncle Lun's help... Felix folds some paper for Amy as his way of expressing his love for Amy...but Amy is
too scared to accept Felix's love. After Felix is released from the hospital, he gathers
up his courage to go see Amy. Felix realizes Amy does care for him... Felix tells
Amy he loves her. Amy is finally moved by Felix's sincerity and love. Amy and Felix become
