Ellie's letter to Ridge:
Dear Mr. Ridge Forrester,
I have tried to find a way to tell you this in a more polite manner, but there is only one
way to say it: Mr. Forrester, you are a dog!!!
Please
do not think that I am rude, that is not my meaning, but I feel that someone has to
tell you that you cannot continue treating women the way that you are doing today and have
been the last years.
First
of all, why, why did you cheat on miss Spencer the day before you were supposed to get
married to her?? Secondly, why on earth can you never decide between ms. Hayes and ms.
Logan? Thirdly, when you have made your choice, please DO NOT CHANGE YOUR MIND!
And last, but not
least, you must tell your mother that she has to mind her own business!!
Mr. Forrester, you look like a man, act like one!!
Please allow me to tell you about women, and how we think and act. We all understand
that it is impossible for you to have such knowledge, since your mother is the worst
mother in history!!
You are very good at making women feel special, you are a very romantic and handsome man.
Your weddings have all been extremely romantic and you are good at keeping the marriage
alive with different romantic happenings.
Women
like that. They like being romanced and made feel that they are the goddess in a mans
life. But women also like stability, trust, honesty and security. You are not able to give
a woman any of that.
Why
do you keep telling all the women in your life that you will love them forever, when we
both know that it is not true? In your case, "forever" means approximately 6
months, or maybe 1 year, maximum.
Let
me tell you about "forever". Forever is for better or worse, in sickness and in
health, for richer or poorer
.but why am I telling you this? If anyone knows the
weddingvows it must be you, Mr. Forrester. You have been married quite a few times now,
havent you?? By the way, while we are talking about your marriages, which one is
your favorite?? Mine is definitely the beach wedding to ms. Logan.
Now, let me tell
you what I think you ought to do:
First of all I
think that you should divorce Mrs. Forrester and go back to Brooke Logan where you belong.
She has so right when she tells you that you two belong together. She brings out the best
in you and she is able to make your life exciting in a way that I dont think Taylor
can do. You can be an excellent father to your son without being married to his mother.
Take for instance Bridget. When she was born, you all believed she was your daughter, but
despite that you chose to stay with Taylor and raise your daughter anyway. Why
havent you thought of that possibility now??
Let me tell you why you
havent thought of that yourself: BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT THINKING AT ALL!!!
But if you insist on
staying in your marriage, that is fine by me. Do that, but do not come back to Brooke and
the children again in six months, and give them promises you cannot keep!!!!!
In another letter I
will tell you what I think of the way you have been treating Rick and Bridget!!
Yours sincerely
Eleanor Forsebrink
PS: One more question: what do you do with all your old wedding- and engagementrings??
You will soon be able to open your own jewelrystore.
Carola's letter
to Ridge:
Mr Ridge Forrester,
I
can't find a polite way to say this...
To me, you're the creepiest person in the world. You've been bouncing from one woman to
the other since the day you were born.. . And still... I want him you to be with
Brooke... although you're a creep. Why? Because she wants you, that's the simple truth...
I
of course think that you've let Brooke down far too many times. When you married
Caroline... when you slept with her while she was still married to your father although
you later told her to stay with Eric because you suddenly developed a conscience... when
you helped out in trying to trick her out of BeLieF... when you left her when you found
out Bridget wasn't yours... when you proposed to Taylor on the runway because you THOUGHT
Brooke had cheated on ou... when you left her for Taylor because she's the mother of
Thomas...
You
should have stayed with Brooke this last time around. But oh, no. Ypu had to go. To Taylor
and Thomas, because Thomas shouldn't have to grow up without a father. And what a
father!!! Hrm... Or whatever reason you have got. If you still loved Taylor that
much you shouldn't have married Brooke at all!
The
tiresome part is that it doesn't really matter which of these you favor. Taylor or Brooke,
because both women will always have the ammunition they need to say "He loves me"
because you keep telling it to both of them - preferably simultaneously. Why don't you
become a mormone? This is what makes you a creep - because you keep hurting them
both all the time. And keep them hanging on... I'd like to see you move on. But of
course I'd like to see Taylor move on without you and you live happily ever after with
Brooke.
But
now you're with Taylor.
I
guess we should be satisfied with that and hope you'll stay with her. And that you'll let
Brooke move on with her life. But it doesn't seem like that is going to happen - and I
don't like it.
With
not that much love..
Carola
PS to all the B&B viewers - especially you Brookies out
there..
Right now I feel that watching this show for the entire time since it first aired
has been a waste of time. I've wanted Brooke and Ridge together from the very beginning. I
kind of feel that the way things have been going I'm losing my hope that there ever is
going to be a happy ending on this show. For Brooke and Ridge that is... it feels like -
god life isn't fair. We know that in real life. So why do we have to suffer from it on a
TV-show? Is it so that we can say to ourselves "At least my life isn't THAT
complicated" and let out a sigh of relief?
But I guess whether Ridge is with Brooke or Taylor, this is the way the other side
will always feel and that is why the writers keep it going...
