The main plot of this episode gets a little confusing.
The main idea is that there is a band of Asian intruders who are
copy-catting a Vietnamese gang who breaks into houses of Vietnamese
and steal everything insight and scare the daylights out of the
residents. The difference with the copy-catters is that they are
robbing Chinese owners and they have killed an innocent man trying to
protect his family. The key element in both of the gangs is that no
one that is robbed will talk to the police because they do not
believe the American police can stop the gangs.
The lighter story going on in the background is that of the return
of Joe Dominguez after getting shot in GENESIS helping Nash out.
Joe's wife Ingar has kicked him out after irreconcilable differences
became unbearable and now Joe needs a place to stay. The whole idea
of Joe living with Nash for even one night is funny in and of itself.
A third, and more interesting, story appears in the form of Nash's
second ex-wife Kelly. This story-line is interesting because you find
out more about the relationship that ended before any of the viewers
got a chance to see. We learn that Nash and Kelly are still in love,
but they are just unable to live with each other - a roll in the hay,
on the other hand, is acceptable.
By the end of the episode all three story-lines have collided
right in Nash's living room. Both Kelly and Cassidy were spending the
night at Nash's, along with Joe, when the invaders decide to give
Nash a warning. Thanks to this, Kelly remembers why she couldn't stay
with Nash before, Cassidy gets swept away by Lisa, ex-wife number
one. Nash is told he can see his only daughter on Lisa's territory,
and Joe returns home to Ingar after agreeing to move to Switzerland.
What else is there for Nash to do, but toast with Joe over a bottle
of beer and look exasperated. [written by nashb]

Kelly has just bought Nash dinner in payment for
saving her from the date from hell. Coming out of the resturant, Nash
mentions how they shouldn't have had that second bottle of wine. Nash
asks, "Wanna split a cab?" Kelly: "Actually, I'd rather go home with
you." After they kiss Kelly teases Nash by saying, "I bought you
dinner mister, now you have to put put." To which Nash responds with
a coy smile, " MMM, Careful. I still have my handcuffs." [nashb]
