The VCTF, which is headquartered in Atlanta, is headed by Bailey Malone (Robert Davi, "Die Hard"). In addition to Burke, Malone’s team of specialists includes Detective John Grant (Julian McMahon, "In Quiet Night"), a handsome, driven professional whose confidence is tinged with cynicism; Grace Alvarez (Roma Maffia, "Double Jeopardy"), a wisecracking but gifted forensic specialist; and George Fraley (Peter Frechette, "The First Wives Club"), a world-class computer hacker now on the right side of the law. Together, they pursue serial murderers, arsonists, bombers, perpetrators of hate crimes and other elusive criminals.
