Helen Madden is a Licensed Joyologist. It takes a lot of time and energy to stay joy focused and to teach others how to stay joy focused. Helen has just written a new book called, "Body Joy." She was inspired to write this new book when she was feeling a lot of body shame. So, she decided to head over to her funk aerobics class. She saw a tiny little midget like lady. She was wearing a little hat, cap. Helen thought to herself, what makes this little lady so special is that she has Body Acceptance which leads to Body Joy. And There you have it! She has been doing a lot of traveling to promote her new book. Her three favorite things about traveling are, Hotel Mini-Bars, Adult Television & the Holiday Inn Happy Hour with a side-plate of Buffalo Wings...Easy on the Blue-Cheese! Her newest boyfriend is Yogie Hal Lieberman. He works as a denim seperator, which has caused him to lose vision in his left eye. He went into a Starbucks to read up on a hulistic journal about healing dead eye, when his good eye caught Helen's lucky tiger belt. She just happened to be at the same Starbucks at the same time!! She was there to steal some free samples and to use the facilities! What she likes to do is to take that little blind eye & lick it lick it lick! Hal no longer works, so he can spend all of his time taking care Helen!

Helen has taught people to be joy focused since October 24, 1998.
