Position: Last Surviving Saurian Overlord

Appearance: Red scales, with yellow eyes. Long, ivory, wickedly curved claws, and the same for his toenails. He walks upright, resembling a Tyrannosaur, with the same sweeping, powerful tail; his face resembles that of a dragon, and he has a Ceratopsian headcrest.

Accent: British (voiced by Tim Curry)

Weapons: More types of guns and explosives than I care to mention here, and anyways, half of them the Ducks have destroyed anyway.

Distinguishing features: Mmmm... He’s kinda, uh, scary-lookin’?

Attire: Gray, scale-like armor over his torso and legs, fingerless gauntlets that go up his forearms, and over that a medieval-like purple mantle.

Overheard:
~ One day soon, I’ll pick my teeth with the wishbones of those meddling mallards; watch me!
~ You PEABRAIN! I told you never to press that button!!

Likes: Princess Sheeba, trying to take over the world, beating up on his incompetent underlings.

Dislikes: Anytime the Ducks try (with success!) to foil his plans, which is pretty much all the time.
