Pokemon Yellow is like Red and Blue, but it is
more like the show. In the beginning, as you leave
Pallet Town, Prof. Oak stops you. He catches a wild
Pikachu, and he heads toward his lab. Gary gets Eevee
and you get Pikachu. Pikachu follows you just like
the show because he won't go into the pokeball. Team
Rocket is in this one with their pokemon: Meowth,
Koffing, and Ekans. It is also possible to get
Squirtle, Bulbasaur, and Charmander without trading,
unlike Red/Blue. In Yellow, you can also print out
your Pokedex and stickers using the Game Boy Printer.
Pokemon Yellow can come in a special bundle pack
bundled with a Game Boy Color. Both the game and the
special bundle pack have been released. Here's a

Some of the changes from Red/Blue version (other
than ones listed above):
- The places where you find pokemon are different.
- Pokemon learn different abilities in different
levels.
- You will notice some pokemon are more detailed and
better looking.
Some neat features in Pokemon Yellow:
- Nurse Joy has a Chansey and the Chansey actually
works!
- Pikachu can be put asleep by Jigglypuff at the
pokemon center.
- Officer Jenny is in Virmillion and Cerulean City.
- Pikachu won't let you evolve him!
