Thinking is linear. Step by step. The subject of thought is not. Therefore thought is abstraction. Not reality itself.
Not thinking is limiting. Conditioning. It kills thoughts the moment they arrive. The mind goes unresponsive. Useless to living. Even dead.
Non-thinking has no such boundaries. It neither holds on to nor lets go of thoughts. And it is not limited to sitting. We can practice non-thinking in every moment. In every and everyday activity. Relaxed in awareness. Like the frog.
The frog has found the perfect Zen. Sitting absolutely still and relaxed for hours. Yet when a fly comes by the frog reacts instantly. Perfectly. The frog is totally aware. Prepared all the time.
Be like the frog.
