By accessing, browsing and/or using anything on this site and the server it's hosted on, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms below and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any duplication of any kind of the content, graphics, etc. on this site is strictly forbidden by law without the author's & webmaster's consent. No copyright infringement is intended. All copyrights are property of their respective owners. Tengoku no Kisu claims ownership and copyrights to only design elements, graphics, and content that do not violate or infringe upon copyrights and/or trademarks made and claimed by other entities.

Tengoku no Kisu deals with conversion of digital video formats to V-CD & DVD. There is no profit off ANY fansubs or fanworks, as they are intend to be freely distributed. We do not sell or profit from the DVDs or V-CDs, Fansubs, etc.  However we do charge for the production cost, upkeep of our equipment and a minimal fee for time & the conversion services offered.

Tengoku no Kisu's only service provided is to convert media sources from one form to another. If a request is made, Tengoku no Kisu assume that you, the user, owns a copy of the request. Tengoku no Kisu is in no way liable for any legalities.
