Appendix

The core of God’s Being is Heart. Likewise, the core of our being is Heart. The original impulse from the Heart of God was Love. God wanted to create an object for His Love.¹ This was the original impulse for the creation of the universe.²

God wanted to be able to experience joy through having a reciprocal relationship of love with an object. The object most directly reflecting His Image and that could have a total reciprocal relationship of love would give the greatest joy to God. Men and women were created to be in this position of returning the greatest joy to God as His children. The universe was created to bring into being this parent-child relationship, and Heart is the core of this relationship. A period of growth from birth to adulthood was necessary for God’s children’s love to grow to the level of being able to have a total reciprocal relationship of love with God. During this time period, God’s children would experience the four types of love in a family: son/daughter, brother/sister, husband/wife, and father/mother. The family was to be the school of love of these Four Great Realms of Heart.

The first and second loves are established in the individual’s heart prior to marriage: children’s love and sibling love. The third and fourth loves are established through married life and raising children: conjugal love and parental love. The growth and development of these Four Great Realms of Heart by an individual is what creates a mature Heart Prism (See Glossary) through the perfection of the four loves thus enabling God to dwell within the heart of the family.

Note: In this world in which words have so many emotional meanings attached to them, please realize that I use the words plus/minus, above/below, subject/object, vertical/horizontal, give and receive, right/left, not as statements of value but of position. All have equal value in the Heart of God and are absolutely necessary for true love to exist.

Order is essential to love. Without order there is no love. There are vertical and horizontal love relationships. The primary love relationship and first vertical love that has to be established within an individual is the realm of children’s love or the heart of filial piety. Each individual has to first establish a true son or true daughter relationship with God through experiencing the pure, true love from God and in his relationship with his parents. In response to this unconditional love and nurturing, the child begins the process of learning to be responsible for his maturation process, founded in his loving obedience to his parents’ guidance.

Also, during childhood, the individual develops his first horizontal love or the second realm of heart (pure brother and sister love). Out of his heart of filial piety for his parents, he learns to love whom his parents love (his siblings). Once realizing that his parents experience joy through the harmonious, giving relationships amongst their children, creating this becomes the joy of the filial child. The successful development of these two realms of heart is what constitutes the perfection of an individual’s personality.

Once these two realms of heart are completely established within the individual’s Heart Prism³, the individual would then be blessed by God to his or her eternal marriage partner and go on to fulfill a conjugal love relationship centered upon God. This is the second horizontal love and third realm of heart. The successful fulfillment of the third realm of heart has to be founded absolutely on first fulfilling the previous two realms. Any self-indulgence held within these first two realms will create an unstable foundation for a God-centered marriage. Fulfilling love in this order ensures that the love the next generation will receive from their parents will totally and absolutely reflect the love of God. This will enable the next generation to also establish true son and true daughter relationships with God; and true and pure brother and sister relationships.

B. Free Will, Free Action and Responsibility

One of the most important lessons of heart God’s children need to understand is that free will and free action were given to them in order to accomplish the perfection of love, which is the desire of the heart. Therefore, free will and free action cannot exist without the fulfillment of responsibility toward the accomplishment of that goal. There is no freedom apart from this fulfillment of responsibility. Perfection of heart is the state where we choose to love at all times to the point where it is as though we have given up the option entirely of not loving. This is God’s state of being. God gives. And forgets He gave. And then gives again.

So along with the gift of heart, God’s children were given the responsibility of developing their hearts to totally reflect the Heart of God. Their responsibility is to inherit this heart to the point that their hearts feel what God feels. Therefore, they would be eternally united in heart with God because they could never do anything that would hurt Him. Also, in this process of inheriting the Heart of God is the realization that all people are the children of God and, therefore, our flesh and blood brothers and sisters. So to hurt each other would cause incredible pain to God. To hurt another would hurt even more than to hurt oneself. This is having the same heart viewpoint as God has towards us, His children.

C. Love and Joy as They Relate to Heart

D. The Structure of the Heart Body

The Heart Body is the "substance" that interfaces spirit and God. Though it is found outside of the outer layer of our spirit body, it permeates the spirit body and physical body.⁴ The inner core of the Heart Body, the Heart Prism, extends inwardly infinitely out beyond time and space to God’s Heart and being.

1. The Core of Our Being: The Heart of the Heart Body

Within the core of our being is the Heart of the Heart Body. The Heart of the Heart Body is composed of the Heart Chamber, the Heart Prism, the Heart Umbilical Cord and the pure white core at the center of the Heart Prism. The Heart Chamber encloses the other three parts. The original appearance of the Heart Chamber is translucent like a crystal, which allows love to flow freely in and out. Each individual holds the key that opens this Heart Chamber. The Heart Prism is made up of many planes of energy. The pure white core is at the very center of the prism. The Heart Umbilical Cord directly connects us to the Heart of God.

The heart’s desires are like impulses that emanate from this pure white core. They pass through the different planes of energy of the Heart Prism and are then transmitted or communicated to the emotion, intellect and will areas of the Heart Body. These are then transmitted to the areas of emotion, intellect, and will of the spirit body. These three aspects of our being [emotion (beauty), intellect (truth), and will (goodness)] are used to create the blueprints, instructions and power to fulfill the desires of the heart. The blueprint, instructions and power are then transmitted or communicated to the physical body, which creates the desires of the heart in substance in the physical or material world.

In the Original Ideal, we were created to be able to perform direct give-and-receive action of love with God’s Heart in our Heart of the Heart Body. Through this structure the individual can perform give-and-receive action with the four loves of God (the Four Great Realms of Heart): father/mother, son/daughter, husband/wife and brother/sister. Through tasting these four loves in their proper order during the heart’s period of growth, as explained in the section "Heart of God and the Universe", the Heart Body grows to totally resemble the Heart of God. In this way the individual who has attained the perfection of heart comes to resemble God and be able to perform perfect give-and-receive action with God.⁵ (See diagram #1 by clicking on image below and use back button on browser to return.)

2. The Heart-Emotion Area or Ring

The Heart-Emotion area or ring is located in a region surrounding the chest area. This is the first part of the Heart Body that responds to the impulses of the Heart of the Heart Body. The Heart-Emotion area then communicates the desire of the Heart of the Heart Body to the Heart-Intellect and Heart-Will areas. In many instances, our Heart-Emotion Ring is not able to respond to the desires of the Heart of the Heart Body, due to emotional damage, underdevelopment, or selfishness.

The appearance or form of the Heart-Emotion Ring in an individual is like a pink cotton candy ring surrounding the chest area like a tire inner tube. The Heart energy flows in a clockwise direction around the client (from the healer’s perspective standing in front of the client).

This pink Heart energy is the pink color healers have seen in the fourth, or heart, chakra. The pink is of the Heart-Emotion Ring, and the green is of the fourth chakra of the spirit body. The Heart Body is connected to the spirit body through this area. The impulses, feelings, instructions, and power from the Heart Body are transmitted or communicated to the "mind" aspect of the spirit body through this area. (See the section "The Structure of the Universe as It Reflects Heart" for a clearer understanding of this material.)

The Heart-Intellect area of the Heart Body is located in the area above the head. Our ancestors’ and our own mental patterns and memories are stored here.

4. The Heart-Will Area

E. The Flow of Energy in the Heart Body

The Life Elements (See Glossary) are received by the Heart Body through the area above the head in a large stream of white light. This energy flows through the body in a wavelike pattern starting from above the body, curving into the neck area, around the shoulder area, following the curves of the rest of the body. Entering the funnel-shaped structure above the head, it streams all the way down through the body and out the feet. They are masculine/positive in nature.  (See diagram #2 by clicking on image below and use back button on browser to return.)

The red Form Elements (See Glossary) flow up through the feet and out the top of the head. They are feminine/negative in nature. These two elements mix within the Heart-Emotion Ring to form the pink Heart Elements.

There is a cross formed by the vertical line that runs centrally through an individual from above the head down through the feet, and the horizontal line that runs centrally through the shoulder area. This Heart Cross exists within all individuals. The cross must contain four 90-degree angles where the vertical and horizontal lines of the cross meet in order for the Heart energy to flow smoothly and powerfully through the Heart Body.

The Heart Cross forms within each individual the following four positions: The first position is above the top of the head and is God’s position. The second position is at the right shoulder and is the father/masculine yang position. The third position is at the left shoulder and is the mother/feminine yin position. The fourth position is located in the core of the being in the area of the physical heart and is the child position.

F. The Structure of the Universe as it Reflects Heart

Each individual has three essences to his or her total being: The Heart Body, the spirit body and the physical body. Each "body" has both an internal directive nature (the "mind" aspect), containing the attributes of emotion, intellect and will; and an outer expression of the internal character (the "form" aspect). The internal mind of the Heart Body is the Heart of the Heart Body. The outer expression or form of the Heart Body consists of the other structures of the Heart Body such as the Heart-Emotion/Intellect/Will areas. The internal character of the spirit body is made up of the three auric layers associated with the fifth, sixth and seventh chakras. The external form of the spirit body is the energy layer associated with the fourth chakra. The internal character of the physical body is made up of the auric layers associated with the first, second and third chakras. The external form is the physical flesh body.

The physical body has five physical senses and the spirit body has five spiritual senses. The Heart Body has only one sense which is all-inclusive of the ten. This is the intuitive knowingness that is spoken of as the highest spiritual gift. It is actually the "sense" of the Heart Body. When one senses from the Heart of the Heart Body, one automatically and instantaneously knows the entire story. Then the feelings, words, and events are separated out through the three areas of the Heart Body working together.

The dual essentiality of internal character/outer form on the cosmic level is manifested as God being the invisible internal character and all created matter (spirit and physical worlds) being the outer form or expression. The initial relationship between the internal character and outer form is initiator/responder. When true unity is created between the two aspects of the one being, the relationship is spherical, where responder becomes the initiator and the initiator becomes the responder, back and forth, up and down, etc. This relationship is the primary dual relationship in the cosmos. Also representative of this unity are the following dualities: God and humankind; heaven and earth; spirit and matter. We receive from God ("invisible" world of cause) the white light energy or life elements (positive); and we receive from the Earth (the "visible" world of effect) the red light energy or form elements (negative).

Another dual essentiality in the cosmos is that of masculinity-yang/femininity-yin. All individuals contain within themselves attributes of both yang and yin in both their internal character and outer form. Internal character and external form are in a masculine/feminine relationship to each other.

G. Healing the Inner Child and the Heart Body

How Heart Body healing relates to the Healing of the Inner Child Process.

We need to perfect the Four Great Realms of Heart through experiencing the four basic loves (children’s love, sibling love, conjugal love, parental love) while in the physical body in order to grow our hearts to reflect the Heart of God. However, we have not been raised in families with this standard of true love. The primary relationship a child focuses on developing is his relationship with his parents. This is because as children we get our sense of who we are from our parents. When we are children, our father and mother are our "Daddy God" and our "Mommy God." Our self-esteem and identity are almost entirely dependent on how we were loved by them. If we received little or no unconditional love from them, we were not able to create these internal, unconditionally loving parents. Therefore, our sense of self rests on sand, constantly shifting, based on others’ opinions or feelings about us.

This is why it is important to create "True Parents" within our soul identity. Our inner child will grow quickly once we internalize these unconditionally loving "True Parents". A script is in the Appendix whereby you can create a tape that will help you to internalize the vibrational heart pattern of these True Parents. Through daily meditation on the contents of the True Parenting tape, or falling asleep with the tape on at night, you can gradually form within your heart these unconditionally loving True Parents. These form the two pillars of your being upon which your inner child will stand. Then over time your inner child will actually come to reflect those qualities within him or herself. The rock of who you are will be established within your heart: a son or daughter of God. This rock is the Christ consciousness

Explanation of Diagram #3: The dual essentiality of internal character (spirit) and outer form (matter) are in the subject position to the dual essentiality of masculinity-yang and femininity-yin. The union of an individual’s dual essentialities is achieved through receiving the true love energies of the true father and the true mother, who themselves have achieved this unity within themselves and between themselves. Ideally, this is achieved during an individual’s process of growth from birth to adulthood in the family through receiving the true love of True Parents and manifesting this true love in his or her own Heart, spirit and physical selves in daily life through loving his brothers and sisters as his parents love them. During this period of growth, the child develops a heart of unchangeable filial piety toward the parents, uniting her mind and body centered upon God, and the heart of true sibling love. H. The Order of the Healing of the Heart Body

A healing is done while the client is sitting up in a straight-back chair. The healer asks the client to close his eyes and relax, feet on the floor. The healer does not touch the client at all during the whole time she is performing the healing. Music may be played in the background to help both to relax. The healer can offer a silent prayer before starting in order to create a sacred space. Then the healer opens her own Heart Body to the incoming energies of God’s life elements (white light energy) through the top of the head and the incoming form elements from the Earth (red light energy) through the feet. She then merges them together within her own Heart Body to form the pink Heart Elements. This action will help to bring the healer into her Heart Body healing meditative space.

The relationship between the healer and client is parent-child. It is critical that during the entire healing session the healer maintain a parental heart towards her client. This will ensure that the flow of Heart energy to the client will be unbroken. Also, this will protect the healer from receiving negative elements from the client.

1. Preparation: Re-patterning the Heart Body

Several different procedures are used to re-pattern the Heart Body. They can be used in a specific order or separately as needed. They are used to prepare the Heart Body for receiving the Original Energy from God, later described, through the three Keys. These procedures serve to restructure or re-form the Heart Body in order to be able to receive this Original Energy and make it possible for Heart energy to flow through the Heart Body.

a. Cleansing/scanning the Heart Body

This tool is used to re-pattern the vibrational level of the Heart Body. These vibrational patterns are similar to the price bar codes on grocery items. By scanning with a slow wand-like movement of the hands and forearms over different areas of the body like the action of a windshield wiper, these vibrational patterns can be changed to the original Heart pattern for that area of the Heart Body. Any pattern that is missing can be directly accessed from the original blueprint within the Heart of God and be scanned over the area of the Heart Body that relates to this missing area. Physical healings, especially birth defects, can occur using this tool.⁷ Start by standing behind the client moving first down the back and then the front of his body.

Further explanation: Vibrations are formed into patterns. These patterns of Heart are formed early in childhood as our response to the love of our parents, siblings, or other relatives and friends. We are constantly scanning our emotional/intellectual environment in a similar way to the scanner that moves over the bar codes on the items at the checkout counter in supermarkets. In fact, we tune in to what is happening in this way. Whenever a situation triggers a past pattern, the two unite or merge, and the pattern is played out from the past. The past and present are united for that moment. This scanning technique is used to gently repattern the vibrations that do not serve us any longer on the path to the perfection of our heart. A slight change in the bar code or major changes can be done that will set a new pattern in place and erase any that are no longer useful. Rely on your intuition to determine which pattern will be changed and in what manner this change will occur.

Also, the healer may just place Heart energy in specific areas by holding her hands steady for a moment in order to cleanse a block or bring love to that part of the Heart Body. A great variety of techniques can be used here. I have found that many times when working in the back area of the client I am asked to remove old negative energy that is of an ancestral nature. I believe that this is where many of us carry the sins of generations past. Again, follow your intuition as to what to remove and what to replace. Once I pulled out two strange, gooey, tar-like substances and then filled the remaining holes with amber light.

The healer finalizes this part of the preparation by moving to the front of the client and placing her hands to the outside of each foot, grounding the client by visualizing roots growing out of the bottom of the feet into the earth. Remain in this visualization until you feel the client is firmly grounded.

b. Directly accessing the Heart-Emotion Ring to cleanse, comfort, stabilize It

Stand in front of the client. Place your hands in the tube-like ring of heart emotions around the chest area. Feel the structure of this ring. Does it need expanding, supporting, restructuring, cleansing, or a gift given to it? Allow yourself to be guided intuitively. (I have placed the image of a silver supporting structure inside some rings to hold their shape. At other times I have flushed the negative energy out as though using a hose.) After restoring the ring to the healthy state of a pink cotton candy-like ring, place your hands on the outer edge of the ring and energize it with pink Heart energy.

c. Stabilizing the Heart Cross to create the four 90-degree angles

The vertical loves (parental, children’s) flow down the vertical line of the Heart cross. The horizontal loves (brother/sister, husband/wife) flow across the horizontal line of the Heart cross. The relationship between God (vertical) and the individual’s inner perfected masculinity/femininity (horizontal) is that of beloveds.

At this point in the healing, the healer restructures and cleanses the Heart cross (+) in the body. These two lines of energy need to run in straight lines, the first one vertically from above the head through the trunk of the client into the earth and the second beam horizontally along the shoulder line. They meet at the upper center of the back of the client creating exactly four 90-degree angles.

Stand behind the client. Feel with your hands the structure of the cross as it is presently. Is it split? Is it leaning to one side or bent and twisted? Is it weak and mushy? After determining its state, do whatever restructuring is necessary to establish a strong vertical line from above the head, through the central axis of the body and into the earth. A split line can be tied together and a steel cylinder placed over it, for instance. A steel beam can be placed inside a weak line running from the top to the ground. Next, work with the horizontal line. Once the two beams are restructured, check to make sure four 90-degree angles have been formed. Place elbow braces at the corners, if more support is needed.

d. Energizing Vortex structures

2. Administering the Three Keys

The following "Keys" are used to re-pattern the Heart Body. The administration of these three Keys forms the core of the healing of the Heart Body, for they deliver the Original Heart Energy of God to the Heart Body. The significance of the three Keys is that they unlock the soul memory of who we really are. The first Key reminds us that we are part of the flow of Universal Life (Divine Knowledge). The second Key reminds us that every part of our being is a part of God (Divine Will). The third Key reminds us that we are born out of the love of God in His direct image (Divine Love).

a. Gathering and releasing the Water of Life (God’s Life Elements) The first Key, the Water of Life, is the method by which the healer administers the life elements (white light energy, positive) from God to the individual.

Standing behind the client, place your hands above his head in cup-like fashion slightly apart as though gathering water flowing from above. Once a large amount of this water is being held in the hands, dump it over the head by moving the hands together and then apart in a double wave-like movement around the head and down the sides of the body, following the curve of the head, neck and shoulders. Do this three times.

b. Accessing and pulling down the Universal DNA ("I AM" energy) through the Heart Cross

The administration of this second Key forms a matrix-like DNA weave pattern through the Heart Body, following the lines of the Heart Cross. In so doing, the Heart Meridians are energized. This brings to an unconscious level the soul memory of the Heart Body’s original creation that "I AM" of God. This soul memory will slowly come to the conscious level of the individual over time.

Stand in front of the client, and reach up into the universe with your two hands. Visualize and feel this DNA energy moving horizontally like a river of energy. Grab a loop in each hand and pull this DNA-weave-like energy down through the Heart Cross, creating a matrix over the Heart Body. See it clearly running through the Heart Cross. This energy is crystal-like, highly energized silver-blue in color. Pull this all the way through the feet. Remain in this visualization, watching the Heart Meridians being brought alive and energized through this Key. After sensing that all of the Meridians are energized strongly, release this matrix slowly back up through the Cross and back to the universe.

To administer the third Key, begin by standing behind the client. Visualize a diamond-shaped four-position structure as shown in diagram #4. Starting in the first position with hands clasped in yin/yang fashion about eight inches above his head, visualize God’s masculinity and femininity united in true love. Separate your hands and move them to the second and third positions at the client’s shoulders, six inches away. First, visualize the father/masculine position at the right shoulder, then the mother/feminine position at the left shoulder. Energize the second position with the essence of father/masculine love at the right shoulder and third position with the essence of mother/feminine love at the left shoulder. Once this is done, stand there with your two hands in the horizontal line energizing the triangular form just created by these three positions. When you sense that the three positions are strongly united, move your hands to the fourth position or child’s position at the center of the upper back. With hands clasped in yin/yang fashion, visualize an embryo-like form being created out of the total unity of love of the first three positions. This form represents the Original Ideal of your client, which has existed within the Heart of God from the beginning of time. With electric, gold-white light, energize this Original Ideal. (Actually visualize the adult form of the client curled in the fetal position within a ball of radiant white light.) Slowly place this embryo-like form in the core of the being of the client at the inner center of his chest area, the Heart of the Heart Body.

3. Additional Procedures

Additional procedures may be applied, depending on the condition of the existing Heart Body. The decision would have to depend on how successful the preparatory procedures were in strengthening and enriching the Heart Body and how freely the Heart energy is flowing. Here are three procedures:

b. Mental/Memory Surgery on the Heart Body

Heart memories are stored in the Heart-Intellect area of the Heart Body in CD disc-like structures. Memories of our childhood and of our ancestors’ lives are stored as intellectual heart patterns. These CD discs can be accessed, cleansed, re-grooved and/or sent back to the source from which they came (ancestors, grandparents, parents, siblings, teachers, abusers, society, etc.).⁸

Stand behind the client. Open the head area and imagine removing one or more of these CD heart discs. Your right hand removes them by going under the disc or stack of discs and lifting them up and over to the right. The action is very similar to the record changing arm of a turntable. Give them to God’s Heart for re-patterning through your spirit helpers. When this work feels completed, place those that are to go back into the Heart-Intellect area.

c. Cleansing the Heart-Will area

The Heart-Will area is located in the solar plexus area of the Heart Body. Here are stored the fears of the heart as well as the wishes and desires. This area can be cleansed by placing a magnet-like object over the area. The positive pull from the magnet will dislodge the negative vibrating essence of the fears, etc. The positive essences will remain. The magnet is then held up for cleansing by your spirit helpers.

4. Beginning Point of the Final Stages of Healing the Heart

Within the core of our being are two places reserved for the love of our True Parents: True Father’s love and True Mother’s love. When we do not receive these two loves during our childhood, we experience a "hole" or emptiness in our heart. We are like orphans of the heart. The resulting pain of this situation is something few of us can experience for long. The lack of knowing who we are as God’s children in the core of our being drives us to all of our dysfunctional behaviors. We fill this "hole" with drugs, alcohol, sex, food, clothes, chocolate, money, homes, work, books, travel, sports, TV, music, acts of service, social causes, gossip, children, marriage, etc. But the thirst for that elusive something can be satisfied only when we taste the true love of our True Parents.

Sometimes we unconsciously try to deceive our inner child by putting surrogate parent figures or false parents there: our sex partner, friend, sibling, teacher, guru, birth or adoptive parents, grandparents, marriage partner or even our children. However, the heart of our inner child is not fooled. She will be at peace only when her True Parents’ love occupies those two places.

The beginning point of the final stages of healing the-heart occurs within each one of us when we let go of our false parents and engraft ourselves to our True Parents. It is only in this way that we are able to free ourselves from all of the hurt and pain of the past. All of our negative defenses can finally be released once we internalize the true love of our True Parents. Only then can the inner child come forth in full trust and joy. Only when we each have given up our heart’s attachment to the false parents can our inner child (our true self) allow itself to be vulnerable and to be loved. As we finally let go of our false parents, the tapes of resentments, fears, and anger that tie us to them can be finally released.

This decision is something that each person must decide to do. It is our final portion of responsibility to choose whether to let go of our Heart connection to our false parents and come into the arms of our True Parents. We have to decide on a deep heart level to finally stop going to these false parents to get our inner child’s true love needs met. By cutting the Heart Umbilical Cord to our false "parents" and uniting it to the True Parents, we come into the direct lineage of God. Our sense of separateness from the universe and others will begin to disappear as the hole within our hearts can now be filled with the divine love of God and our True Parents.

To make this change, the healer goes into the Heart of the Heart Body and visualizes an umbilical cord going to the True Parents. The healer then cuts the umbilical cord to the client’s false parents, and strengthens and infuses the umbilical cord to the True Parents with the Life Force energy (red blood color energy). (See "Open Heart Surgery" in Part Two for more details on how to perform this operation.)

5. Closing (Sealing the Healing)

At the end of the healing, move to the front of the client and energize the Heart-Emotion Ring with the pink Heart energy by placing your hands on the outer edge of the ring and expanding it gently, ten to twelve inches. See and feel this area being enlarged and vibrating with this energy. Bring the Heart energy into the whole Heart Body surrounding the client. As it does so, it may change to a deeper, rose pink color. Then, starting at the top of the head, pour mercury-like, silver-color energy on the outside of the Heart Body. Watch it gently, but strongly, flow down the egg-shaped body, totally covering every part of the Heart Body. Bring this energy down and around the feet area. Seal it at the bottom, ensuring that the covering is total. While placing the silver energy around the Heart Body, another colored energy may be mixed in with the silver one for a different healing effect (a thick green soothing energy; a blue strengthening energy; a yellow energizing energy; a red loving energy, etc.). I visualize a small jar of the silver substance in my right hand and a jar of the other substance in my left hand.

The following is an example of what I have experienced while doing healing on this level of the human soul, drawing from several occasions.

After greeting the client and explaining a little about the healing he was about to be given, I asked him to sit in a straight-back chair with his feet on the floor and his hands in his lap. His eyes were closed during the whole session. At no time during the session did I intentionally touch his physical body. However, I inadvertently touched him a few times because I generally work with my eyes closed in a meditative state. I asked that he keep his eyes closed because I would have been quickly-pulled out of this-state if I had made eye contact with him. (I usually start in the head area and work down, keeping my hands about six to eight inches away from the body at all times.) Whenever I was unable to reach some area of the body, I would simply visualize my hands being there, directing the energy to that spot.

After centering myself while standing behind him I began to tune in to the condition of his Heart Body in order to begin to cleanse, restructure, and fortify it. I sensed a lot of heaviness in the head area and placed my hands there, feeling the area lighten and clear. I scooped out and released the remaining darkness. As I moved down his back, I administered the Heart energy through my palms in each place that I was directed to. I stroked the spinal area from head to buttocks through to the floor in a straight vertical line to cleanse it and bring the energy down into the earth.

When I moved to the front, I felt a lot of blocks in the thighs and calves. I placed my hands over them, coaxing the energy down through the legs into the earth. I visualized a flushing action through the upper body, down the legs, and out the feet. I then placed my hands on either side of his feet and visualized roots growing into the earth.

I put my hands into the Heart-Emotion Ring encompassing the chest area. I felt it blocked and untrusting. I sat with the heart in unconditional love, gently coaxing it to open up. Once it did I cleansed the ring by wiping and releasing the darkness and then placed a steel supporting structure within it to fortify it. I next put my hands on the outer area of the ring and ran pink Heart energy into it.

As I moved to his back, I began to sense the state of his vertical line. I felt around and realized it was split into two pieces as though an ax had cut it in half. Each half was drooping over like a sliced carrot. I brought the two pieces up and back together, integrating them by clasping my hands together and fusing them with energy. I wrapped them with a strong silver cord and placed a solid steel tube over the vertical line. (In the actual case, the person said she had satanic abuse in her ancestral lineage. This explained to me why her vertical line was split in two. Severe abuse may cause the splitting of the vertical line.) Once this was done, I checked the horizontal line by running my hand horizontally across the shoulder area and felt it was fine. I placed four elbow braces in each corner where the vertical and horizontal lines crossed.

Placing my hands about eight inches above his head in a cup-like fashion, I gathered the Water of Life energy or Life elements (See Glossary). Once I felt it was overflowing my hands, I released it by dumping it through the vertical line and down around the two sides of his upper body, visualizing it washing his whole self through to the ground. I did this three times.

Moving to his front, I stood tall and concentrated on tuning in to the "I AM" energy that flows eternally throughout the universe (See  Glossary). Taking hold of two loops of this energy, I dragged it down through the cross just formed by the vertical and horizontal lines, all the way through his feet, and into the earth, like pulling down a window shade. As I sat in this energy, I visualized the Heart Meridians (See Glossary) being sparked alive, awakening the forgotten memory of who he was created to be, God’s son. After sensing that the meridians were fully brought to light, I slowly released this UI AM" energy matrix back up the cross and into the universe.

Next, I moved to his back to administer the third Key, the Four-Position Foundation (See  Glossary). Standing there, I cupped my hands to form a yin/yang shape and placed them about eight inches above his head. After energizing this image with my Heart energy of God’s dual aspects of father/masculinity and mother/femininity united in true love, I separated my hands and placed the right hand six inches from his right shoulder and the left hand six inches from his left shoulder. First, I energized the right hand with father/masculine unconditional love of God. Next, I energized the left hand with mother/feminine unconditional love of God. Then I visualized a trinity of these three positions and energized this image by visualizing their total unity centered on true love. Next, I moved my hands to his Heart area in the center of his back. Here I reunited them into the yin/yang formation. I visualized my hands as a ball of light containing the embryo of the Original Ideal of his being, which existed with God from the beginning. After remaining in this visualization until I felt it strongly, I gently and slowly placed it within the core of his being by releasing it into his chest area.

Moving in front of him again, I placed my hands within both sides of his Heart-Emotion Ring. After gently expanding it by slowly moving my hands outward, ten to twelve inches, I ran pink Heart energy into it and then throughout his whole Heart Body. Finally, placing my hands above his head, I poured a silver, mercury-like substance over his Heart Body, visualizing it running down the egg-shaped structure, totally covering it from top to bottom and sealing it at the bottom below the feet. I stood, put a gift of a feather for him from those assisting me from spirit world within his Heart-Emotion Ring. Finally, I bowed before him in gratitude for being allowed to administer this healing.

People have reported that they have felt a sense of calmness and peace long after the healing. One woman reported being filled with a vitality and clarity of mind that she didn’t have before the healing. Another’s emotional storm quieted to the point where she doesn’t experience the emotional instability to which she was prone before. I am sure that when professional healers work on the Heart Body level using these techniques, amazing healings will occur. One friend likened his Heart Body healing to receiving a spiritual "homeopathic" treatment.

The process of integration is in actuality the process of coming home to our Heart of the Heart Body. This is where we "reside". The Heart of the Heart Body is composed of the Heart Chamber, the Heart Umbilical Cord, the Heart Prism, and the pure white core at the center of the prism. The Heart Prism is the "house" and "we" are this pure white core. If you look at the top of the diamond shaped Heart Prism, you will see the "roof" of the inner house. This is why in dreams the house often symbolizes the self.

The Heart Prism consists of planes of energy that act as receivers and transmitters of the love energies. (See diagram #3 by clicking on image below and use back button on browser to return.)

When we receive love, this energy goes through these planes of energy within this inner structure in the exact place that vibrates to this incoming energy. For example, when a mother gives her child intellectual love energy, the young heart receives this energy in the exact place in the Heart Prism that matches this energy. It then takes on the quality of this love in that plane of energy within the Heart Prism.

Ideally, all incoming love would be pure. However, in this fallen world state, this is not so and mostly rarely so. From conception on, whenever we receive impure love coming into our Heart Prism, we begin to distance that part of our Heart Prism from our pure white inner core. Those parts of our heart that are so distanced from our core will begin to form our unconscious self. During moments of extreme trauma (emotion, sexual or physical abuse), these planes of energy actually break off and are thrown into negative space around us. Those outside our aura can, and most likely will, become possessed by a foreign personality. They contain the darkest, most impure part of that fallen love given to us as a child, and that part we experience as most shame-based. These planes of energy become our unlovable, or shadow side of our personality.

Self-intimacy, or the loving unity of our inner masculine and feminine halves, is what we fear as we come closer and closer to integrating the disowned parts of our Heart Prism. Memories from childhood abuse hold the message that we are unlovable. As these parts of our Heart Prism come closer and closer together, we approach this deep-seated fear that it is true that we are unlovable. However, as we push through this fear, what we actually come to realize is that we are totally lovable and are already being totally loved by God. The reparenting tape mentioned in the previous section reinforces this message of self-love and enables us to taste this love, facilitating the integration of our halves.

Our fear of self-intimacy is projected outward into our relationships, especially within the marriage relationship, and next those relationships that closely resemble the most unlovable parts of our hearts. The first step toward uniting our inner marriage partners (the masculine and feminine halves of our Heart Prism) is to stop blaming the outer marriage partner and other people for the problems we are experiencing in those relationships. All problems experienced in the outer relationships are a reflection of the problems between the inner marriage partners. Through daily step-by-step, deep self-reflection and analysis of our shadow personality, and reflecting this internal, daily cleansing in our relationships with others, we gradually bring the unlovable parts of our heart closer and closer to our inner core, creating the inner masculine and feminine halves of our Heart Prism.

While this process of inner self-reflection is occurring, we begin to actually love the unlovable aspects we see in others. By doing so, we communicate this love to the inner unlovable parts of ourselves that mirror the unlovable traits in other people. Through this, we also cleanse the parts of our heart that have hated the unlovable parts of our own heart by enabling them to feel the pain of the unlovable parts. The hateful parts begin to be empathetic to the unlovable parts.

At some point, the hateful parts can even repent to the unlovable parts for this self-hatred. At this moment, the pieces begin to integrate and communicate with each other.

Those pieces of the Heart Prism that we distanced from the pure white core, but remained within our conscious minds, can be freely accessed, cleansed and brought closer into their proper place within the Heart Prism. However, those pieces that are unconscious due to the shame we feel toward them are retrieved through repentance for this self-hatred.

Sometimes the damage to the inner core is so severe that special surgery is needed. A specially trained healer goes into the Heart Prism and performs open heart surgery. She opens the doors to the rooms, restructures and cleanses the planes of energy, and speaks the message of true love to the damaged, shame-based parts: forgiveness for our self-hatred. The retrieving of broken off pieces of the Heart Prism may be necessary, too. (See Open Heart Surgery for this procedure.)

Self-hatred is deep. We reach the deepest aspect of this hatred when the victim part of our heart with its hate toward the abuser asks for forgiveness from its abuser part for this hatred. The original nature of humankind is one of only love. Any form of hate, no matter how justified, cannot stand in the light of God’s true love. Not until this hatred is healed can total integration occur. The victim part chose to use hatred as a defense against experiencing the shame of the abuse in order to protect the young heart against experiencing the pain of the message from the abuser: "I don’t love you. I could never love you. I will never love you. In fact, I hate you. I don’t want you. You are unlovable." This is the cycle of inner self-revenge and can be broken through repentance, as mentioned above. Repentance can break down this defensive wall of self-hatred and lead the individual into healing the shame and pain of the abuse through experiencing these feelings.

Our feelings of resentment, revenge and bitterness are what we believe are unforgivable. The belief in this lie is what separates our heart from God. This is the core of our self-hatred. The reason why we believe these feelings are unforgivable is because a part of us does not want to let them go and give them up to God. Part of us still enjoys holding onto these feelings. They have been our crutch and helped us survive our painful childhood abuse of not being loved as a son or daughter of God. However, now they are what is keeping our heart from being able to come before the throne of God. This is the deepest shame. We still want to hate. We have become like our abuser. Freedom comes when we choose to forgive, love and unite once more with those we chose to hate. We are a victim no longer. We are the victor over our abuse. We are a victor of true love. Our innermost fear is that we will fail to love the unlovable. This is the fear that we will violate our true nature as a child of God--that we will fail ourselves in this way by not incarnating God’s character and heart of true love. (In the Appendix is a meditation script that works to heal this inner hatred titled "Visualization for Creating Self-Intimacy: Healing Self-Hatred.")

During extreme and sudden sexual abuse, the Heart Prism can split directly in half, separating the masculine and feminine energies. These two halves are thrown in opposite ends of the individual’s internal universe, holding the deep self-hatred toward each other’s sexuality. These halves need to be brought back into communication with each other. As they do, the energies will change from hatred to respect and love.

Wholeness within is attained when every piece of planar energy of the Heart Prism is cleansed, restructured and set back in its proper place within the Heart of the Heart Body. Integration is the process of rebuilding our inner house and opening up the different doors to the rooms within this house. Then we will be able to move freely between these rooms, tasting each love experienced therein. Finally, we will come to taste the totality of all Four Great Realms of Heart (son/daughter, brother/sister, husband/wife and father/mother), or the total love of God.

When our Inner Masculinity meets our Inner Femininity, a Sacred Engagement occurs. Our inner beloveds come into communication with each other and begin to perform a holy dance of true love. The inner courtship begins. A Sacred Marriage between the lovers will finally occur. This is the Inner Marriage of the Lamb. Here, our inner Christ (the Bridegroom) comes together with our inner Holy Spirit (the Bride) on their wedding night. True intimacy occurs within. The kundalini energy bonds our Inner Masculinity eternally with our Inner Femininity. It is the birth of our true Manhood, if we are a man, or true Womanhood, if we are a woman.⁹

The Outer Marriage of the Lamb occurs when we are blessed in holy matrimony to our eternal spouse. As we come closer and closer in heart to this person, we begin to realize that the image of our inner spouse is now reflected in our outer spouse. The man (if we are a woman) or woman (if we are a man) we have wed to inside is now incarnated in the heart of our eternal spouse. They had been there all along, but were hidden by our false images of what he or she should have been. When a couple bond in heart in this true love, they form the divine image of God. God now dwells within this couple. God has a body.

INTRODUCTION TO RECORDING YOUR OWN

TRUE PARENTING TAPE

On my personal journey toward healing my relationship with God and my family, I’ve been given an understanding about one way to integrate the different parts of my "self."

Coming from an abusive family, the child within was not-able to grow in the unconditional love of my parents and so is stuck in many of the developmental stages. Along with this, she was left with intense rage and fear over the abuse. Over the years, I’ve been working to heal these wounds little by little through learning how to listen to this wounded inner child and meet her needs.

One theme kept coming up time and time again. "I need parents, True Parents, to love, nurture and protect me." I realized that as we are being raised in a family we internalize our parents. We actually form parents inside of us. If our mother was critical, the mother inside of us continues to be critical of our little child long after we have left home. This dysfunctional dynamic is the source of much of our pain. The inner child is desperately searching for the ideal parents. She is scared and angry and acts out these feelings through us.

Through therapy, work, friendships and marriage we attempt to recreate our family relationships. We expect our therapist, co-workers, friends, spouse and children to be the good parents we didn’t have. However, the child within is constantly being disappointed and hurt again and again. Growth is slow and often very painful as we still carry the dysfunctional parents inside of us who reinforce our painful outside experiences. For example, our boss is critical of us. Not only do his words hurt us, but then the critical mother inside of us starts in on us to wound us further. How different the experience would be if instead of this voice we had only a confident, wise, loving voice to guide us.

Not only does the inner child feel abused by her parents directly, but the father and mother inside of her are also fighting each other. This adds to her feelings of abuse and neglect.

If we can slowly begin to recreate these internal, unconditionally loving parents who also love each other, the inner child will begin to feel safe and to trust us. Through this trust, feelings of healthy self-esteem will emerge. The inner child will no longer need to act out its anger and fear. This will also help to increase her sense of self-esteem and formulate her true identity as a child of God. A supportive healing dynamic will begin to take shape. One war will be over.

A process for creating these healthy parents is what I am offering in the daily use of this meditation tape. You will be creating these internal True Parents as you listen to it over and over again. Creating internal parents through the True Parenting meditation tape is not an artificial exercise but a process by which you actually tune in to the heart vibrations of the universal True Parents. This will enable your inner child to taste their true love, filling the "hole." For one year, I went to sleep each night with my Walkman headset on and experienced gradual, but profound results.

Prototype of Reparenting Meditation

(for women)

All is well, (name). All is peaceful and calm. You are safe. You are with your True Father and your True Mother. You are with your True Parents. You feel their love flow all over your body, and it refreshes you to the bottom of your soul and the depth of your heart. You know down deep that they love you totally for who you are now and for who you will be in total perfection of God’s divine Image. (Pause)

As you reflect on their love for you, you sense the overpowering love they have for each other. It was out of this love for each other that they conceived you. And it is because of this that they totally love you and welcomed you into this world. You feel this love, which they hold sacred for each other, wash all over you, and you feel wonderful. You feel safe and secure in knowing they will never leave each other, never violate this love and trust for each other. They are bound eternally together through this love and bound eternally with you through this love. And you bask in this knowledge. (Pause)

You think of your True Father. You feel his masculinity. His sense of confidence. The security you feel because you know he will protect you at the cost of his life. He will guide you straight, having the vision in his mind and in his soul.. .the vision of your perfection. Your divine image of God, of who you are in your essence. This masculine-father presence, his unconditional love and power, fills your soul, and you embrace it. (Pause)

This creates the first pillar within yourself. This masculine-father pillar within your own being, such that you reflect this characteristic of the True Father within yourself. And you feel at peace with it. You feel one with it. You feel grateful for it. And you are calm and quite and restful. Safe, secure, and confident, knowing who you are, and where you are going, and who you are to become. (Pause)

You now think of your True Mother. You feel her soft, feminine presence. The all-embracing womb of love, total unconditional love. Total peace and embracing love. You feel it wash all over your soul and body. You feel one with it. Totally at home. You are at home in her embrace. You feel her warm, loving eyes on you, looking at you into the depth of your soul. And you identify this femininity within yourself, and you say to yourself, "I am True Mother, also. I feel True Mother in the depth of my own soul. I feel one with her being, and her softness, and her pure objectivity. And I feel joy. (Pause)

Now you stand on these two pillars. You stand on them, creating the third pillar from the two. The unity of these two pillars creates who you are. You feel the force and power of the four-position foundation. And God’s presence and power comes down and flows through your soul and body and you stand there as the True Child, the True daughter, of the True Parents, totally reflecting their masculinity and femininity united in harmony within yourself and recreated within your very being. And you feel wonderful. (Pause)

You begin to sense who you are, and what you are to become, and the mission you can and will accomplish. You feel this power flowing through your arms and your legs and out all cells of your body into the universe. A giving, vibrant energy. An electrical current flowing through God, True Parents and you, manifesting itself on Earth. You feel at home and at peace. (Pause)

Slowly you calm yourself down more and more... Rest, peace, strength and confidence, a sense of being home with who you are. And you slowly begin to come out of this state, bearing the fruit of this knowledge and feeling and sensation. You will forever be this way. Amen. Amen. Amen.

Prototype of Reparenting Meditation

(for men)

All is well, (name). All is peaceful and calm. You are safe. You are with your True Father and your True Mother. You are with your True Parents. You feel their love flow all over your body, and it refreshes you to the bottom of your soul and the depth of your heart. You know down deep that they love you totally for who you are now and for who you will be in total perfection of God’s divine Image. (Pause)

You think of your True Father. You feel his masculinity. His sense of confidence. The security you feel because you know he will protect you at the cost of his life. This creates the first pillar within yourself. This masculine-father pillar within your own being, such that you reflect this characteristic of the True Father within yourself. And you feel at peace with it. You feel one with it. You feel grateful for it. And you are calm and quite and restful. Safe, secure, and confident, knowing who you are, and where you are going, and who you are to become. (Pause)

You feel joy, (name), because you are home. You feel her embrace. Her softness. Her strength. Her protective strength to defend her young, her children, her family and her world against all evil, self-centered love. Protected. Protected. Protected. (Pause) And you feel protected because of her love and her willingness to sacrifice herself for your joy, and safety. You incorporate this femininity, this strong confident, yet soft and embracing, femininity within your own soul as the second pillar to your being. And you feel good and calm and at peace with it and one with it. And you are happy. Very happy. And you rest, and you feel it wash all through your soul and through every cell and every bit of energy of your being. (Pause)

Now you stand on these two pillars. You stand on them, creating the third pillar from the two. The unity of these two pillars creates who you are. You feel the force and power of the four-position foundation. And God’s presence and power comes down and flows through your soul and body and you stand there as the True Child, the True son, of the True Parents, totally reflecting their masculinity and femininity united in harmony within yourself and recreated within your very being. And you feel wonderful. (Pause)

You begin to sense who you are, and what you are to become, and the mission you can and will accomplish. You feel this power flowing through your arms and your legs and out all cells of your body into the universe. A giving, vibrant energy. An electrical current flowing through God, True Parents and you, manifesting itself on Earth. You feel at home and at peace. (Pause)

VISUALIZATION FOR HEALING SELF-HATRED

Slowly relax yourself. Close your eyes and feel your body calm down and become more and more relaxed. Take a deep breath and watch all the worries of the day drain out of you from the top of your head through the bottom of your feet. Take another deep breath and again see all of the stress and thoughts of the day leave totally out through your feet. Take another deep breath and feel a warm, nourishing energy flow into your body through your feet and out through the top of your head. Relax. Relax. Relax. You are safe and protected. You are calm and relaxed. You feel good about yourself and good about where you are right now at this very moment. Take another deep breath and sit in -this peacefulness for a while.

Begin to see yourself sitting in a room. It is a peaceful room with the atmosphere of total self-acceptance. See the clean, brightly painted walls and clean floor On the floor before you is a thick chair pad. You stand, go over to it and kneel down Gradually, you begin to reflect on your life. You begin to feel all of the pain experienced throughout your life. You begin to realize that though the past has come and gone, you are still hanging onto it through your resentful, revengeful and bitter feelings. You begin to realize that the difficulties in your life are because of these resentful, revengeful and bitter feelings and not because of the people who harmed you in your lifetime. You reflect on this thought for a while and decide whether or not you are ready to give these feelings up.

After deciding that this is the path you really want to go, you start to visualize all of these resentful, revengeful and bitter feelings as chunks of black, coal-like matter before you on the floor. Bring into this space, piece by piece all of your hatred The bitterness you feel toward your father and mother for giving more attention to your brothers or sisters. Or the revenge you feel toward your brother or sister for making fun of you in front of their friends. The resentment you feel toward your friend for abandoning you for someone else. Or the hatred you feel toward the person who physically, emotionally, or sexually abused you. Or the bitterness you feel toward God for bringing you into this painful world and not protecting you. Or the self-hatred you feel toward that part of you that needs people and needs to be loved Take as much time as you need to bring into this place on the floor these black chunks of resentful, revengeful, and bitter feelings. Be specific as possible for each hatred you feel toward the injustice you experienced in your life.

As you watch the pile grow larger and larger before you like a huge pile of coal, you pick up the baseball bat that is on the floor to your right and raise it above your head. With deep determination, you begin to hit each piece of black coal in that pile, naming each hatred. Naming all of these dark feelings you have been carrying in your heart all of these years. Now is the time to cleanse yourself of them. As you hit each piece, the pure, little child within takes the bat from your adult hands and starts to hit each piece. Down comes the bat each time as this inner child names the darkness within that has kept him or her from receiving the love of God. Down again comes the bat, harder and harder. More and more. Faster and faster with more and more anger he or she hits these hatreds.

As you raise this chalice heavenward, the blood transforms into a beautiful white dove. You watch this white dove fly into the arms of God. You cry deeply for finally feeling forgiven. Sit in this realization and new sense of freedom Now with two hands, lift the crystal up to heaven as an offering of your purified heart and desire to make peace with the past. Receive God’s forgiveness and His blessing.

Now bring your arms down and place the pure crystal in the center of your being, giving thanks to God for His love and forgiveness. Sit in this moment of peace within Slowly begin to become aware of the people and things in the room you are presently in bringing this peacefulness with you. As I count from one to five you become more and more aware of your surroundings. One. Two. Three. Slowly you begin to open your eyes. Four. Five. You are awake, alert and totally present to the moment.

1. "Is God a growing God, or was God just there from the beginning? Even God experiences the growing process. Because God exists for the sake of love, He has to have the interaction of subject and object relationships. He experiences that through relationship with His children; He tastes true love through give and take with man. This is a growing process, resulting in new experiences for God. This makes perfect sense, because love is everything for God. God as the subject of love needs an object of love with whom to interact." Sun Myung Moon, "Victorious True Parents", Jan. 28, 1993.

2. "God’s Heart is an irrepressible impulse. It is an irrepressible emotional force and desire that wells up from within God. For that reason, an object for God to love was absolutely necessary. That is the very reason why God created the human being and all things. God: The absolute unity between the Divine attributes of internal character/outer form and masculinity-yang/femininity-yin centered on Heart. The Causal Being. Our Heavenly Parent/Father.

Heart: "The emotional impulse to obtain joy through love." (Sang Hun Lee's Fundamentals of Unification Thought, Unification Thought Institute, Japan, 1991, p. 32.) It is "the core of the essence of God... Emotion and Heart are both elements of the same emotional function, but Heart is causal and emotion is resultant." (Lee, Fundamentals of Unification Thought. p. 35.)

Heart Body: The part of each individual that interfaces God and spirit. It is this essence that is unique unto humankind, God’s children. Through the perfection or maturation of our Heart Body, we come to totally reflect the Image of God and can then perform perfect give-and-receive action with Him.

Heart Chamber: The chamber at the center of the Heart Body that holds the Heart Prism, Heart Umbilical Cord and pure white core. Ideally, it is translucent like a crystal. There is a door to each person’s Heart Chamber to which the individual holds the Heart Key. Only that person can open the door to his Heart Chamber.

Heart Cross: There exists within each individual a structure on the Heart Body level called the Heart Cross. This structure is composed of the vertical line of love running from above the head through the center of the person and out the feet through which the vertical loves flow (father/mother, son/daughter); and the horizontal line of love at the shoulder level through which the horizontal loves flow (brother/sister, husband/wife). There must be four 90-degree angles in the cross where the two lines intersect in order for God’s energy to flow freely through the Heart Body. Many times this cross is fractured, bent, split or covered with negative energy. The healer can perform various techniques on the cross to clear and strengthen it in order to form the four 90-degree angles so that the three Keys can be administered.

Heart Elements or energy: The pink elements or energy of the Heart Body that an individual creates in his Heart Body through the unity of the white life elements from God and the red form elements from the Earth. They mix within the Heart-Emotion Ring and then flow out to the rest of the Heart Body to the spirit and physical bodies, nourishing them. This is the primary energy used in healing the Heart Body.

Heart-Emotion Ring: The area surrounding the Heart of the Heart Body that first receives the Heart’s desire impulse. This impulse is then transmitted to the Heart-Intellect area and then the Heart-Will area. It is like a pink cotton candy ring surrounding the chest area. This is the pink color seen in the fourth or heart chakra of the spirit body.

Heart of the Heart Body: The core structure of the Heart Body composed of the Heart Chamber, Heart Prism, Heart Umbilical Cord and the pure white core.

Heart Umbilical Cord: The umbilical cord that runs from the core of God’s Heart to the pure white core of each individual; through it flows the Life Force from God to the individual. It is our eternal connection to the Heart of God. This Life Force energy is a rich red in color. Other umbilical cords to other individuals or objects can also be present within the Heart of the Heart Body of an individual.

Horizontal Line: The line that runs along the shoulders intersecting the vertical line at the center of the Heart Body. It is the line through which the horizontal loves flow (brother/sister, husband/wife). (See Heart Cross.)

"I AM" Key: A tool administered by the healer to remind the soul that every part of its being is a part of God (Divine Will).

Individualized Heart Logos: Each individual incarnates one of the twelve Heart Logos. These twelve are based on the basic structure of the Heart Prism. Eight are patterned after the eight basic loves: father, mother, son, daughter, husband, wife, brother and sister. The other four are patterned after the two dual essentialities: spirit (heart), matter (will), masculine (intellect), feminine (emotion). There is a thirteenth Heart Logos which encompasses the other twelve and acts as a unifier of them.

Life Force Energy: The rich red-colored energy that pulses back and forth between God and His children through the Heart Umbilical Cord.

Love: The conscious realization of the heart’s desire to experience joy, which is achieved through the unity of a subject and object performing give-and-receive action centered on God.

Physical Body: The part of the individual’s essence that is composed of three layers of "mind" (emotion, intellect and will) and the flesh body or form. (See Chart A.) It is the soil for the growth of the two other essences, the Heart and spirit bodies. At the time of passing from life on earth (death), the Heart and spirit bodies separate from the physical body. The physical flesh body then disintegrates into its elemental energy parts.

Sealing the Healing: A mercury-like, silver-colored energy is poured as in a vial over the top of the egg-shaped Heart Body’s form. Starting from the head, it is allowed to run down, totally covering outside of the Heart Body. With her hands, the healer then seals the Heart Body below the bottom of the client’s feet with a wiping action. Another colored energy may be mixed with the silver at the same time, as though holding another vial in the left hand.

Spirit Body: The part of the individual’s essence that is between the Heart Body and the physical body. It is composed of three layers of "mind" (emotion, intellect and will) and a fourth layer, the form. (See Chart A.) This essence is the vehicle of the Heart Body and refines the desires of the heart, which are then transmitted to the physical body for the manifestation of the Heart’s desires in the physical world.

Vertical Line: The line that runs from the top of the head through the bottom of the feet at the center of the Heart Body of each individual. It is the line through which the vertical love of God flows down in a wave-like fashion and the form elements from the physical body flow up. Also, this is the line through which the vertical loves flow (father/mother, son/daughter). (See Heart Cross.)
