  Accomodation

  The resort is only authorized to accommodate properly registered guests. For this purpose, guests are to present their valid ID card or other proof of indentity for registration. Guests are responsible for checking that registration data is correct and must notify the management of any mistakes immediately.

• 

  Check-in and Check-out Time

  Check-in time is at 1:00pm. Check-out time is at 12 noon; therefore all rooms will have to be totally cleared by this time to give the staff ample time to clean rooms for the guests who will be checking-in to the resort. Late check-out will be chargedPhp150 per hour.

• 

  Re-scheduling and Forfeiture of deposit

  1. Changes of a confirmed reservation requested 30 days before the reserved date will result in forfeiture of half the deposit made(equivalent to 25% of the total bill).

  2. Changes of confirmed resevation requested less than 7 days before the reserved date will result in forfeiture of the deposit made (equivalent to 50% of the total bill).

  For our Guests Protection

  1. Room doors should be locked when leaving the room. Keys should be deposited with the desk clerk when leaving your rooms or checking out of the resort. Lost keys will be charged for Php250.00.

  2. Be sure to lock the door inside while inside the room, especially when going to bed. You are advised to refrain from entertaining in your room any stranger who is not known to you.

  3. The resort is not liable for the lost of valuables inside the rooms.

  4. Switch off the air conditioning and lights before leaving your room. Keep your door and windows closed when the aircon is working.

  5. Turn off the shower and faucets after using them.

  6. Should you spot any safety or security hazard in your room or anywhere in the resort (i.e., suspicious persons or objects, dangling wires, open electric outlet, etc.) report it immediately to the Front Desk.

  7. Amenities in the room except consumables like toilet paper, shampoo,ect. are meant to be used during the guests stay in the resort. Lost amenities shall be charged to the guest upon check out.

  8. Refrain from disturbing activities that annoys other guests like running, shouting, loud music, etc..

  9.It is prohibited to remove fixtures and equipments inside the room or using them for purposes other than what they are intended for.

  10. Housekeeping is upon request preferrably with guest's presence.
