General Statement:
Please remember that Texas Air Cargo is a Virtual Airline. We are here to have fun and not get too serious. Unfortunately, in this day and time, anything we do must have rules attatched to it. So in order to keep the peace, please read the following rules and regulations of this company. Thank you in advance for adhering to these standards.


I. Employee Conduct

  
A. All empoyees of Texas Air Cargo should conduct themselves in a proffesional manner while on duty. In addition to this, all employees must respect their co-workers rights, especially those which pertain to the internet and privacy.

B. Texas Air Cargo requires it's employees/participants to have an imagianation. We are playing a game, so be creative when you register your plane and fly our routes.

II. Time and Attendance

   
A. Texas Air Cargo business is conducted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Employees are required to be at work according to their pre-determined work schedule or for a flight that they have booked.
   
B. All pilots are required to make at least one flight per month to keep their employee status active. The length of the flight (in hours or miles) and the amount of money the flight pays does not matter.

III
. Safety
   
A. All employees of Texas Air Cargo must conduct themselves in a safe manner at all times. This is especially important if you are flying a route with co-workers in the msn zone. All accidents/mishaps are to be noted on a Pilot Report (PIREP) at the end of every flight.

IV. Reporting Illegal Acts

A. Any illegal acts must be reported to the CO of Texas Air Cargo immediately. The CO is responsible for turning any report of illegal activity that he or she feels is substaniated over to the proper authorities for prosecution.

V. Personnel Records

A. Personnel records that contain name, e-mail address, date of hire/discharge, rank and pay rate dates, and any other information that is pertinent to company business will be kept and maintained by the CO and DO (personnel). These records are kept in strict confidentiality and none of the information contained in them will be distrubuted without the employees prior authorization.

VI. Staffing


A. Texas Air Cargo uses various recruitment methods, but all prespective employees must submit an application and/or a resume to be considered for hire.
