1D. Get my book published---Done in March 1999
2D. Ride on a Jetski---Done it in 1998--This was fun! Must do this again!
3W. Get on an excercise program---Doing Taebo for over 5 months now, eight minute
workout on 5 of 7 days. Need to get back to it! Now that I'm back at work this is one phase of my life that's slacking! Joined the local YMCA, losing 100-120 calories three times per week. Slight setback after my operation in November, 2004, but hope to resume in June 2005. After our next cruise, by mid October 2006, we'll start for real. Working out with Excersizer 2000 Elite. Not sure it helps, but I feel better afterwards. Walked 1K twice on our 10/27/07 cruise for Breast Cancer Cure.
4D. Get back to my own field---HURRAY!!--Got a gig, starting on 10/25/99 using the combination of my sales experience, education, and technical skills as an Admissions Counselor- Lasted about six months---In the market AGAIN!---Great news!--Back in Purchasing! This should work!--Lasted all of 3 months!--out for 2, but starting on 9/24/01!--Working for SWPC, this could be the ONE! Lasted fourteen months! Two months at DME, and back in the looking phase! Out over 10 months now and I'm at my wits end! 02/25/04- BACK in my own field! Working for GSA-HURRAY FOR ME! Five months, now going on six. 03/08/05 At GSA now in my 13th month. We're now near 3 years, I guess I found a home here. It's 3-1/4 years, and the saga continues. DONE! After 3-3/4 years I was escorted out by two armed guards on 10/18/07!
5D. Drive a Lexus RX 300--Drove it with Pep 6/01--Leased one on 11/5/01, returned it on 11/5/05.
6D. Dive off a Ship---Done it!
7N. Visit Hungary---Not yet scheduled. Far fetched may not happen!
8N. Cruise near Tahiti---Not yet scheduled. Far fetched may not happen!
9N. Visit Australia---In the future, not yet planned. Far fetched may not happen!
10D. Cruise, yes another Caribbean one---Completed it Oct. 1999, via Royal Carribean; can't wait for another! We have one scheduled for September 2005! It was great on the Carnival Glory doing the Eastern Carribean. We're doing it again in October 2006, but this time the Western Carribean. Just reurned and it was the best ever! Great cruise, even better than the eastern one. We booked one for the Mexican Baja for my baby's 60th birthday. Changed this to an 8-day cruise on board the MS. Liberty from Ft. Lauderdale to Cozumel, MX, Limon, CR an Panama Canal. Best one yet, could have had better weather.
I Maybe Too Old for THIS, but I like!11D. Get a Rolex---GOT ONE, during the last cruise!
12D. Make a Hundred Grand---Hope is fading, desire still lingers on! Far fetched this may never happen! 11/29/07-in the running for a 3 1/2 month assignment in Juno, FL @ $60/hr, which translates to a cool $113,000/yr.
13D. Become a BeachBum---When I retire; actually with our home on the lake, having been out of work, I guess I was a BeachBum NOW! Back at work, beachbum only on weekends!
14. Become a grand-father---No rush....We sure got the time..lol
15D. Walked in 2 1Ks for Cancer Cure on board the MS Liberty in 2007. Now I walk 2K at least 3 times a week.
16D. Sell my first book---Done March 1999; I like to plan on writing my next book.
17D. Get to be top 5 in the Burbs---Cribbage ladder...Made it as high as #8, I then quit, but supported Pep in her quest. She made it to #5, and she also quit. I've since made it to no. 2 in KatysLadder #3!
18W. Be free to find ME!---still working on it! Far fetched may never happen!
19N. Cruise to Alaska---not yet scheduled. Far fetched may not happen!
20W. Write and publish my second book.---on the backburner, but always working on it. I don't have enough upbeat subjects, but will keep trying.
Not so fast bud; I'm getting dizzy!21D. Sell our house in Delray Beach.---Done it 3/2000!
22D. Successfully move Pep up here.---Done 3/17/2000.
23D. Buy a townhouse---Start looking during Spring 2002. DID BETTER!
Bought a great house on Lake Phillips, in May 2002.
24D. Get Pep an Infiniti G-20.---April 2000.-Got her a white 2000 Altima GLE....ITS SMOKING!
25D. My next car will be a Lexus, RX-300. The "YUMSTER" Car!---In late 2001--see number 5 above! Replaced it with a 2006 Toyota Camry XLE, in the exact same color Green Mist Metallic, on the 4th anniversary, 11/4/05 of our 5 year lease.
26D. Back to Aruba or go on a cruise!---Plans not yet in the works. We just returned, see item# 10D.
27. Back to Las Vegas.---Need to plan.
28. Visit Biloxy, MS.---We'll start planning soon.
29D. Play championship Poker---This maybe reaching a bit! I now play for fun on the Net! Played about 20 minutes on PokerPro onboard the MS Liberty, lost my 60 bucks, but did go ALL IN!
30D. Get Pep her own Rolex---During our next cruise. Got her a Philip Stein Teslar during the Eastern Caribbean cruise, and she got me one this last cruise to the Western Caribbean in 2006.
Hey wait for ME!31D. Today, 5/13/2000 bit into a Habenaro Chili Pepper, and accidentally ate 1/4 of it, seeds and all, the Third Hottest in the World. It was HOT-HOT-HOT....tears, much bread and WAAA--TER...pleeeeeze!!!...WOW!!!
32D. Get me a turtle, got the name already: 'OSCAR'-No turtle, we got an adorable kitten, and we named her: 'Joie Joy Namath'. Obviously after Broadway Joe Namath, but she so much joy, corny as it may seem we've added Joy as her middle name. She is the best thing that happened to us in Florida! The next best thing has now happened in last April, 2006. We got Joie a little sister named Bella. She is everything Joie is not. Joie is a lady, Bella is more like a townboy, but she loves to be cuddled. We have coined the phrase: JOIE is our JOY, and BELLA is our TOY. In reality they are adorable, and they are our millions! Joie is a four year old brown tabby, and Bella is an orange tabby kitten who is eight months old. See next picture to watch our two ladies chilling!
33W. See the NY JETS win another SUPERBOWL!---Not for awhile, I'm afraid. They were actually going in the right direction, and now the Jets are 0-4, making this year hopeless! They made the playoffs last year! 2006 season has them at 2-1, with a new coach, and some help we maybe a force to reckon with. I just want them to be competitive. They're 4-3, and are in second place. they made the playoffs. In 2007 they may even go further. Not a chance this year, they're 1-8 at the break. We may have a shot at the number #1 pick.
34W. Lose 25 to 30 pounds.---Started 2/9/00. Lost 10 of it by 9/14/01 Being out of work I regained the damn weight! January 2004 - Lost a 1 1/2 pounds, hopefully it'll continue!
Lost 10 pounds again, and now I'll keep it off! Lost 4 more pounds. Regained it again in December 2005. Cannot keep the schmalz off! Still battling with the weight, hopefully after the next cruise we can get down to the task of losing weight.
35D. Become debt-free!---Seriously getting back on target. As of now we are debt free! In 2006 we are definitely debt-free.
36N. Visit Hong Kong!---Not yet scheduled. Far fetched may not happen!
37W. Visit Every State in the US!---31 down, 19 to go! This actually my happen!

38D. Go on another cruise. After Adam & Ashley's wedding...now say 09/05; after our our anniversary. Done it and will do it again next month, 10/06. See 10D. Just returned and it was the BEST! 2007- Just returned from yet another cruise; this one was for 8 days to Cozumel, Limon and Panam Canal.
39W. Looking for my next GIG! Need one REAL soon! Starting to lose my sanity! Insane? No not yet, but working on that too! Started @ GSA as a Construction Representative on 2/25/2004 as a Contractor! They will NEVER, EVER make me a GSA employee! They haven't GOT the guts! Still looking as my working life is waning away. 2 1/2 years to go before we pack it in! Got my walking papers; it's great my sanity was in jeopardy. Actively looking for my next gig. After awhile I just may RETIRE!
40D. Need to get my baby a new car soon. Lease up in February 2003. We purchased her Altima, with the low 'unused' miles it would have been a shame to return and end the lease! We bought it and that's that! Got my Pep her Zoom Zoom car, a Mazda 3i with 17" wheels. The thing FLIES!
42D. Next, need my crown to complete earlier root-canal! DONE! Will need yet another crown after my root canal. DONE!
43. Next, my toes, will also get a 'facelift'! NOT! Started working on this project, and the toes are looking much better! Back to the drawing board on this. Still looking for a good podiatrist. Have an appointment for 12/7/07
44D. Then, need to lose my pills, and enjoy life without the 'crutch'! Ditched one pill, the other 3 may take some time. Well this increased, but my Triglycerites are down to 243, they were as high as 697. The average acceptable number is 150, so we're doing great.
45W. Keep updating this page!---Ongoing, last changed 6/1/2007
47D. Get me an 8' Walker Bay boat to row it on Lake Phillips. A definite maybe! Got an inflatable boat; during the first trip accross the lake with Adam, a fish jumped into our boat! The inflatable boat is no more, had a major gash in it. We'll get a boat soon, I hope.
48D. Walked across a spanned bridge, with Mer, above 5,280' it's the highest point, Grandfather's Peak, on the Eastern US.
49D. Went to my very first High Tea @ The Ritz Carlton. Good times was had by all. NOT!
50D. Mer took Pep and I to a great restaurant in Charleston, SC. In fact it is one of the top ten in the country. The name of the restaurant is: The Peninsula.
52D. Kayaking in Belize around the Mongrove plants growing in the bay.
53D. Pep and I ate at a Real Mexican Restaurant in Cozomel, Mexico. Viva Pancho's Backyard! You and your Marguaritas are the BEST! Returned again in 2007.
53. Stop seeking work, and stop sending out resumes! I'd love to be RETIRED, but I need to wait.
54W. Start planning our retirement. After all it's only 3 1/2 years away! Make that 2 1/2 NOW! Retire after my 64th birthday!
55W. Annual family trips. We're all meeting in Fripp Island, SC in a few weeks. Had a great time; we went crabbing, played horse shoe, patted a baby alligator and went kayaking.
57D. Kayaking around Fripp Island with my daughter; we saw dolphins less than 10 feet away.
58D. My pep got layed off after 7 years. One door closed and another will opened.
59D. She merely got reassigned half the distance from home.
60D. We booked a cruise to the Panama Canal, it's for 8 days. Best cruise yet!
62. Will buy a house in South Carolina to be near the kids.
63. Move to South Carolina, into the Del Webb Community.
64. Peed into a bottle @ 65, while driving alone when I couldn't relieve the urge.
