beside your head. Yes...., how does that feel? Good? Can
you feel the blood circulating in your veins? Ah, so simple
and so easy!
Now with your hands next to the head, do a small jump and
set your legs apart. Yes, its really elementary... Boy, that
tummy is an ugly mass of fat. Let's show cholesterol that we
mean serious business here. No more fat! No more pouch!

Hi, my name is Jasmine and I will be giving you tips on health issues from time to time. Firstly, let's admit it that we, Thai-
Indians, have been living the life of maharajas and maharanis for some time. But now with the lean years here and ahead of us,
it is only natural that we must lean down ourselves for tougher days come. What could be a better move than to make use of this quiet period to squeeze those excess fats out from the body. So for this premiere health tip, 
I am introducing four, easy, simple steps to building a better body - a better health, and consequently a better future for yourself. Hope you enjoy!

Start off a rebellion against fat. Keep a decisive focus in your mind that your chubby days will be over very soon. It may take a few drops of sweat - but you are going to work it out all the same. Now bring the hands down by your side with your legs still outstretched.

 

 

For the final step... bring your legs back to the position before
it was outstreched. Relax for a moment. There you have it...four relatively simple steps to rid those excess fat from your body. Hey, wait a minute, it does not mean that you're finished as yet or its time for a return to over-indulging eating habit again.
