SO COMES THE NEW YEAR
The tragedy of November 11 proved to be a leveling plane for the majority of Americans...with the broad, bold usurpations of our Constitutional rights.
Where there was no fear,
is there now fear.
Where there was no uncertainty,
is there now uncertainty.
And where there used to be
a system of laws “guaranteeing”
rights and liberties, is there now confounding “strictures.”
It is apparent that the U.S. Constitution was given
little thought as America’s present-day “regime”--
in lockstep-- strove to lay in place such “actions” voiding
our rights upheld by our country’s--the people’s--Constitution...
a “compact” between “country” and “countrymen,” assuring Life...
Liberty...and The Pursuit of Happiness.
And so comes on the holiday “spirit.”
