The Fisherman
Ninety miles across the sea:
Toll of day and calmer wave,
Lone barco, pescador and kin
(Sparked by some divinity)
Broke the wave off fishing when
They trekked upon a watery grave.
Ninety miles across the sea:
Two faint hearts heaved and fell;
Four eyes loosed their pent-up tears:
What must not could only be.
Great their sorrow grew...and fears;
Cursed two souls el Diablo's hell!
