Sentenced was founded 1989 in Oulu / Finland.

They changed their style from Death Metal to Melodic/Gothic Metal whith their new singer.

All of Ville's lyrics deal with death, depression and drinking, and a lot of them with suicide
or suicidal thoughts. Anyway, their shows are alyways big parties and they also started
making fun of their 'image' with 'Excuse Me While I Kill Myself' and 'The Luxury Of A Grave'
on the latest album, wich proves that they aren't really serious with those lyrics.
