Tim Steele leaves the ARCA circuit this year, and he has left quite a legacy behind him. Timothy Alan Steele first came to the ARCA Bondo/Mar-Hyde Series in '93. In his few years in this series he has had 30 wins (24 of those wins in the past 2 years), 64 top 10's, and 3 championships. He has been a dominate force that has left a permenant mark in ARCA, but leaves for Winston Cup with the Bud Moore #15 team. With his leaving of ARCA, however, he will open the doors for different drivers such as Frank Kimmel, Mark Thompson, Mark Gibson, and many other drivers. ARCA will move on, as will Tim. ARCA will continue to expand. For example, in 1999 ARCA starts thier own truck series. There will be many more stars in this flourishing series in the future, so with one star moving on more are born.
