Accepts credit cards. Payments may also be funded through bank accounts
or debit cards. PayPal accepts payments in US Dollars, Canadian
Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, and Yen and is available in 45
countries.
We
charge a small fee if you choose to pay through PayPal. The amount
depends on the product as follows:

shipping methods are only available for certain products. Many of our
products have a single flat fee per order, meaning that no matter how
many of the same type of items you buy, you will be charged the same
for shipping. If you have other special instructions involving shipping

you would like to return or exchange a product, please contact us
within 10 days of receiving the item. We
accept returns or exchanges for all our products, except Chinese Name
Translations, for any personal reason you may have (e.g. changed mind
about buying the product) minus the shipping cost. Uninsured
shipping is at the buyer's risk when insured shipping is available. The
following is our policy regarding product returns:

Translations - We will only
accept exchanges or returns if there is fault on our
behalf (e.g. not inserting a Chinese zodiac when it was indicated on
the order form).

accept exchanges or returns if:
- There is fault on our
behalf (e.g. sent you the wrong stamps)
- Product(s) have been
damaged (you must give proof of damage) or were lost in the mail during
shipping.
- You
have any personal reasons for returning/exchanging
(e.g. charged mind about buying coins).
Shipping
charges will not be compensated for these exchanged/returns if:

damaged or were lost in the mail during shipping, and they were not
insured.
