1. TCS is only open to AtS and/or BtVS sites, unless it is a combo site eg. Charmed/Buffy/Angel.
2. The site you are nominating, you must own or run.
3. If you have won a category once, you can nominate it again for the same category in the round after the next.
4. Sites with porn, constant swearing, nudity or character bashing will not be accepted.
You may be accepted if these factors are avoidable, we will simply not judge that section of the site.
5. Rated content is a must.
6. No stolen graphics or content. You must have your graphics and content marked if taken from another site.
7. You can nominate yourself for as many categories as you like.
8. Either have a text or button link back to us during the judging period.
9. There are runner ups.
10. Emails will be sent when you're nomination is up, when the judging period starts, when the winners are posted and when awards are sent out.
