Shari Rice has decided that it would be wonderful to offer an award for excellence in the education of special needs. To submit a site for review to help her to be aware of sites that she should review, please fill out the form below. This is not an award that can be won, this will be a very difficult award to receive. This award will not be just given away, it must be truly earned.

A few key facts in the consideration of the site would be

Teaching all whom cross it's threshold the true meaning of being disabled and caring for a disabled person.

Absolutely a kids safe site, with no links to any site that could be negatively influential to a child.

Site must be well thought out with a clear mission of educating others.
