SCHEDULE:

Sept 3   – Cruise on the famous Rideau Canal. 

Sept 4   – Meet n Greet – in the Panorama and Pinnacle room located on the 26th floor f the Crown Plaza Hotel ( time tbd).

Sept 5  – Tee-Shirt Swap party – held at the Crown Plaza Hotel time tbd.

Sept 6  -  Race day  10 K – 9:00, 5K – 10:30.
