The Fitness King is currently only accepting money orders. 

Upon receiving your form results or your email request.  The Fitness King will respond with an e-bill (emailed bill for services requested with payment information). 

Respond to this e-bill to confirm your order and provide additional information requested by The Fitness King (ex.  address for videotape delivery) . 

Send in your payment directly after responding to the e-bill. 

The Fitness King will deliver your workout 3 to 6 weeks after payment is received.  For repeat clients, this timeline may be reduced as The Fitness King can begin building your routine at order time instead of after payment.
