The world is veiled in
darkness. The wind stops, the sea is wild, "When the world is in darkness Four Warriors will come...." These are the basic story lines for Final Fantasy I, the game that started a long line of Final Fantasy games that are still being made today. Final Fantasy was actually a last hope for the makers of the game (Squaresoft). They were on the verge of going bankrupt and barely managed to pay for the costs of it. Luckily, it was a success and now they are among now the richest game designers in the world. In the game, you choose four characters and give them all a four-letter name. You basically run round cities and get into battles on the world map. It is a very challenging game, and is arguably the toughest game in the series. Overall, Final Fantasy I is a basic yet interesting game and is one to remember.
