In a far off land... A peace came to an end. Parmeki summons hellspawn in plans to rule the world. Phin rebels stood in the way but suffered horrid losses. Their beloved castle snatched away... Retreating to Altea, 4 young orphans must now flee the pursuing enemy...

This is the storyline in Final Fantasy II. The game is almost exactly like Final Fantasy I, with basic visuals and challenging game-play. Many people say that FFII lacks the storyline of the original, and that it plunges you into the game a bit too fast. All the same, it is still a quality RPG and is worth playing.
