*Ladies that are Honorary Viscountess, Countess, Marchioness, or Duchess are ladies that were former leaders of THOR. They will be named so until they should leave THOR. We hold them in honor because of their previous sacrafices that have helped lead THOR to greatness. *s* Thank you, ladies!!

**An Honorary Baroness is a lady that is not in leadership that has gone above and beyond the call of duty.

**Structure of Leadership is similar to that of Forever, Me Lady and was used with expressed consent from Lady Sapphire.

Activity in THOR is mandatory! But, we do understand that there is 'life' outside of the computer and you must take time off. If this must happen, and it's more then a couple of weeks, then you have to let your team leader or Lady Bordeaux know that you will be taking an LOA ~ Leave of Absence. We want to make sure that you didn't fall off the face of the earth. We also want to be able to encourage you if need be.

Invitations Team

This committee is very essential to to THOR. This committee searches the net for ladies that seem like they would enjoy a group such as this. Each committee member is required to invite 5 ladies a week through leaving an invitation in their guestbook. Please join.

Reflections Team

This team is important because we review new requests for membership. We will give the Baroness to-be her first impression of what the THOR Ladies are like. We will explain the duties of the activity the "potential" member has chosen. Once the "potential member" knows what the activity entails, she is to express to the assigned Reflections team member the decision of whether she is still interested in joining.

Cordial Greetings Team

This committee is responsible for welcoming all new members to the group. You'll welcome them either by leaving a graphic in their guestbook or by sending them a warm email message.

Ladies~in~Waiting

This committee was established to take care of our members that need a little more attention due to illness, surgery and the like. If you would like to encourage those in need please consider joining this committee.

Celebrations Team

When there is need to celebrate this committee plans it all. *smile* This committee is in charge of making pages for birthdays, anniversaries, new babies, and any other kind of celebration that you can think of. There's also room for those of us that would like to just leave a calling card in the guestbooks of the special ladies. Graphical knowledge required for the leader positions.

Grievance Team

These ladies are here just in case one might feel unfairness in a situation. The Grievance ladies are the arbitrators.

Merriment Team

This committee is the life of Le coeur de la Renaissance. It's responsible for coming up with and maintaining the activities of the group. This committee will moderate swaps, secret sister projects and much more.

Research Team

This team will research all aspects of the renaissance and victorian eras so that we can present fresh new ideas to the group and we can all learn about those time periods.
