About the Mortgage Manager Software and Mortgage Management Service

Information Brokerage Systems (I.B.S) was founded in 1989 and became one of the fastest growing companies of the decade. The company has a strong financial background with zero debt, and a proven track record from a professional management team. I.B.S. has been providing bi-weekly mortgage services for the last seven years, but just recently started offering it as a free service through the Mortgage Manager software. Since doing so, the number of homeowners I.B.S. services has skyrocketed.

The Mortgage Manager competes with several large private companies and approximately 550 banks across the United States. Although the service part of a bi-weekly mortgage is the same among providers, the Mortgage Manager is the nation's only service that does not charge an up-front enrollment fee of $300-$1,000 and even more. All bi-weekly mortgage service is done electronically. The homeowner is protected by Regulation E of the Federal Reserve System, which governs and regulates all electronic transfers. Thus, transactions between you and I.B.S. are fully insured by the federal government through the F.D.I.C.. This can be verified by calling any bank and asking about Automated ClearingHouse or A.C.H., the technical term for funds that are transferred electronically. We also recommend calling the Federal Reserve branch closest to you, to further verify your rights and protections under the law regarding electronic transfers. (Ahsome Mortgage Service is about saving you money, it is also about the peace of mind that should accompany that.)

The Mortgage Division of I.B.S. is headed by Executive Vice President Michael Edgecomb, who has received national honors for his work with homeowners just like you. These include being featured in "Who's Who Among Outstanding Americans," "International Leaders in Achievement" and the 1996 edition of "500 Leaders of Influence" which is on permanent display at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. He was also awarded "Man of the Year" honors in 1995-96 for his development and production of the Mortgage Manager Software.
