Part 4
Lights, cameras, Action!

Knock-knock "Katie? Are you up?" JC said opening the door of her hotel room.
"Mmm..mmmhhmmm.." Katie mumbled in her sleep the suddenly looked up and saw Jc."Oh my gosh JC what time is it?? Am I late??" She said jumping up.
"No..no..We're not gonna start shooting for at least a couple hours."
"Oh." She said, falling back down on the bed. "And youre wasting precious sleeping time? JC are you feeling ok?" she said laughing.
"Im fine!" He said laughing. "You know...its not me you should be worried about."
"I..I know.."She said sitting up on the side of the bed next to him. "Its just that everythings going so well and I dont wanna mess things up and.."
"So..youre happy with the way things are? Just being friends with him?"
"No..no Im not..I just, I know if we start talking about it its gonna bring up things that are gonna be hurtful and I mean..he seems fine with it.."
"Katie he feels the same way you do about it. Please just promise me you guys will talk about it please?"
"ok"

After doing the screentest, Nigel wanted Katie in the video even more than before so she finally agreed. She took 2 weeks off of work and since the shoot was pretty far from her apartment she stayed at the hotel with the guys. She had looked over the script for the video and everything seemed pretty simple..except for on the last day of shooting she and Justin would have a kissing scene. "Surely by then things will be resolved!" She thought..even though they still hadnt talked about anything to do with relationships since the day of the radio interveiw.

After arriving at the location, Katie went into her dressing room to get ready. When she walked in, she saw a dozen white roses lying on the table.

"Oh my gosh.." she said walking over and picking them up, The note attached said "Good luck on your first day..Justin."
"I know you dont like me spending a lot on you..." She turned around and saw Justin walking in the room. "...But I couldnt resist..Forgive me?" He said staring down at her and putting his arms around her waist.
"Justin theyre beutiful but.."
"Katie please..just hear me out.." She looked up at him as he continued. "I have been so happy since Ive been here with you. Its just like it used to be! We can have that again Katie.."
"Justin" she said backing away from him. "We havent even talked about this...I mean you know as well as I do we need to talk about it or later on the things that caused us to break up will come back and.."
"Dont worry about that! Im not worried about it Katie. We can deal with that when the time comes but for right now I dont know how I can come in here and work everyday without holding you and kissing you and..
"Justin.."
"And telling you I still love you." Katie looked up at him. A million thoughts were going through her mind. "Why cant I feel the same way he does..But I DO feel the same way dont I?.....No..we need to talk about this, we cant just jump back into a relationship as if nothing had ever happened!....But what if he's right? Maybe we can just forget about it..maybe.."
"I love you too." she said, almost surprising herself. Justin smiled and hugged her as tears fell down her cheek. "It was the right thing to do." she thought "It had to be."
"Well...?" Chris said to Justin as he and Katie came into the catering area where everyone was.
"Well?" Justin said back to him smiling as he started getting his food.
"What happend man??"
"We're back together."
"Hey thats great!"
"Yeah." Justin said then turned to the caterer. "Can you put some of that pasta on there too?..thank you.."
"Justin?"
"Hmm?"
"You dont seem too happy.."
"Im happy."
"Then whats the problem?"
"She isnt." he said without looking up at Chris and walked towards the table.
"Justin..WAIT!" Chris said following him. "What do you mean? I mean she seems happy..you all came in here holding hands and she was smiling and..."
"Yeah ok she may be happy that we're together now...But shes worried about whats gonna happen later on. So, I dont know man. I dont know what to do."
"You mean you didnt talk to her about touring with us?"
"Chris! you dont have to scream it out!"
"I didnt!!..But you didnt talk to her about that??"
"No."
Chris banged his head down on the table.."Justin..Why didnt you talk to her about that?"
"Because, Shes not gonna agree to it and its just gonna bring up the past and I dont want to go back there."
"Justin listen to me." Chris said raising his head back up. "You two love each other..its obvious..you want these things to be resolved. So..in order to do that your gonna have to FIX the problem and stop RUNNING from it just because youre scared of the outcome!"
Justin looked up at Chris, shocked by his sudden outburst. Then he saw Katie walking over towards them, as she walked by she took Justin's baseball cap off his head and put it on hers. "Im goin to get ready, see ya in a bit." She said smiling and walked off. Justin smiled and turned around and saw Chris staring at him in a blank stare.
"Ill talk to her!" he said.
"You better."

That day they shot a few scenes of Katie by herself and the guys singing together in an old restaurant. It was basically pretty simple. Actually none of the scenes seemed like they were going to be very difficult. Except for the last scene they would be filming, Justin and Katie's kissing scene.

A few days later....
"Hello, Star 93.1?"
"Jordan? Its Katie."
"KATIE! Hey girl! How ya doin?"
"Great how are you?
"Im doin fine, All the listeners miss you so much! Theyre so excited about you being in the video..hey hows that going?"
"Its..its going pretty well.."
"Katie?"
"Yeah?"
"You allright?"
She hesitated awhile..then answered him. "Yeah umm..Justin and I are back together.."
"Hey thats great!"
"Mmmhmm"
"Well..you sound excited." He said sarcastically."Whats wrong?"
"What am I gonna do after we're done with the video Jordan?"
"You guys havent talked about that?"
"Umm..no.."
"Katie..I dont know. You guys need to sit down and talk about that and figure something out."
"I know.."
"Katie I hate to do this but I gotta give away some tickets now ok?"
"ok"
"Talk to ya later, bye"
"bye". As she hung up the phone Justin walked in the room.
"Hey"
"Hi"
"Who ya talkin to?"
"Jordan"
"Oh." he said sitting down on the bed beside her. Katie started laughing at him. She couldnt understand why he was so jealous all of the sudden.
"What?" He said laughing and pushing her over on the bed.
"Youre so cute when youre jealous."She said getting up to put her cell phone away.
"I am NOT jealous!" He said throwing one of the pillows off her bed at her.
"Oh you didnt just go there." She said
"Yeah, what are you gonna do about it?" He said laughing. Katie grabbed the other pillow and they start fighting like a couple of kids. They were both on the bed when Justin lost his balance and fell over on her.
"Ow!"
"Sorry.." He said and started to get up.
"No its ok." Katie said. Justin smiled and brushed her hair away from her face and kissed her. Then Chris came in the room.
"Whoa!..Ok Im sorry..I didnt see nothing! You all need to lock the door if youre gonna do that!" Chris said covering his face. Katie just started laughing while Justin's face turned red.
"No man its ok, we were just playin around.."
Chris just shrugged his shoulders. "If thats what you wanna call it. Hey you all wanna get a bite to eat with us?"
"Umm..actually I thought about seeing if Katie wanted to go out..if thats ok?" Justin said looking at her.
"Oh yeah thats..fine."She said..still in a daze over what just happened.
"Allrighty then you kids have fun." Chris said laughing as he went out the door.
Justin turned to Katie. "You ready to go?"
"Sure" she said grabbing his hand, "But where are we going?"
"You'll see."

They drove out to Gatlinburg, A tourist place in Tennessee near the Smoky Mountains with shops and restaurants. and went to eat at a little seafood buffett restaurant. They had went there before when they were dating but they hadnt been back since.

"Hmm" Justin said staring at the buffett table. "Is this chicken or fish?" Katie picked up a piece and tasted it
"Umm fish.." she said laughing at Justin's expression.
"Well heck lets just eat right here. Why bother with sitting at a table." He said
"Can we put our trays up too?" She asked.
"Sure why not? Lets just eat with our hands!" Justin said fixing to grab a handful of mashed potatoes.
"Justin! Dont!!" Katie said grabbing his arm
"Youre so paranoid!" Justin said laughing while grabbing the spoon and scooping out some potatoes in his plate. "But thats what I love about you." He said as he leaned over and kissed her forehead.
"You used to do that all the time" Katie said as they walked back to thier table.
"What?"
"Kiss my forehead."
"Oh" He said and then he did it again.
"I..Ive missed it." Katie said
"So have I" Justin said staring back at her, then he blinked his eyes and they both started eating.

After they ate they went back to the hotel and went to Justin's room. This was it. He was going to talk to her about thier relationship once and for all. Katie could tell he was wanting to talk about something and she sat down nervously on the bed. Justin was pacing the floor back and forth, Trying to figure out where to start.

"Ok" he said finally. "I dont know where to even begin so..Im just going to come on out and ask."He sat down on the other bed, facing her and put his hands in her lap.
"Ok"
"Would you want to go on tour with us?"
Katie sighed and stared at the floor. "But thats just going to be for a few months and.."
"Well then after that...you could maybe move to Orlando with me?"
"Move to Orlando?? Justin I cant just drop everything here and move to Orlando!!!"
"What is so important thats holding you here Katie??"
"My..my job and my home and..Justin I have a life here.."
"Its Jordan isnt it?" He said standing up, glaring down at her.
"What!?!" Katie said jumping up. "Justin how many times do I have to tell you..We are NOT dating! We never have! God its not like the deal with you.."
"Me and WHAT?" Justin said almost yelling at her.
"You and.." Katie hesitated for a while."You and Britney!"
"Oh God!" Justin said putting his hands on his head. "Why do you always have to go back to THAT?"
"Because I dont know the truth Justin and I never will."
"Katie..I did NOT cheat on you!"
Katie turned her back to him and wiped the tears from her eyes."I..I need to go." She said grabbing her purse.
"Katie dont.." Justin said grabbing her arm.
"Justin let go..I cant do this please!" She said pulling away from him and walking out the door.
Justin stood there. Staring at the closed door and then pounded his fist into it and started crying. "It happened again" He said. "Ive lost her again."
Katie ran into her room, locked the door and fell down on her bed. "Just a few more days" she thought."If I can get through these next few days I wont have to be around him again." But that wouldnt solve anything and she knew it. БАБАБАБАБАPart 5 - The Conclusion БАБАБАБАБА
