Land Clearing

Once the logger came in and cut down the trees, we had quite a mess on our hands!

Many, many days from the end of August through mid-September were spent "cleaning up" so the excavator could get in and do his job.

Treetops look much smaller when they are in the sky, still connected to the tree.

The entire area that is now the clearing for the house looked like this.

The lot is all clear now, but we couldn't have done it without all of the help we had.
