On September 8th, 2003, I wrote a letter to TSTT at

Telecommunication Services of Trinidad and Tobago
Head Office
1 Edward Street,
Port of Spain

The letter outlined the issues with their service, and a few advantages that can be had by their reduction on prices. To this day, the management of TSTT has not had the courtesy to simply acknowledge receipt of the letter.
