6. 18 "The Return of Joey Heric"

From TV Guide

John Larroquette reprises his Emmy-winning role as the enigmatic and disturbed Joey Heric, who was acquitted---twice---of murdering two of his gay lovers, killings he actually committed. Now, however, Heric has become a lawyer and enlists the aid of Bobby's firm in the defense of his first client: an accused killer whose trial provides Heric with a chance to grandstand. Another storyline reunites Jimmy (Michael Badalucco) with the savvy hooker named Jennifer Cole (Tracy Middendorf), who previously duped him. This time, Jennifer seeks justice against a prominent attorney she claims raped her.
