BEFORE YOU CONSIDER OUR RENTAL PROPERTY

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
The guest named on the Rental Agreement
is the responsible party for the reservation and all lease requirements.
Renter must be a responsible adult (25 or over). A deposit of 50 percent
of the rental fee is required to hold your reservation. The deposit
must be received within one week of your verbal or E-mail confirmation.
Full payment plus security deposit must be received before reservation
will be finally confirmed.

Rental Amount:
Rates:
Full weeks June 30 through August 31 (Sunday 3pm to Sunday 11am Eastern
Times) $1300.00.
Full weeks at all other times range from $700.00 depending on season,
holidays, etc.
Weekends (full weekends only, June 15 - August 31)
Memorial Day weekend or Labor Day weekend (three nights) $400
Off season weekends Friday - Saturday $150.00 per night with a (2 night
minimun)

Check in - Check out:
Prompt check out is essential, as we have new guests arriving within
a very limited time of your check out. Check in time is anytime after
3 PM and check out time is anytime prior to 11 am on the scheduled arrival
or departure date. All check in and check out times are on MIchigan
Time.
There will be a $100 fee for late check out, which will be deducted
from your security deposit if guests are still present when housekeeping
arrives to clean the cottage. Upon check-out, keys may be left in the
cottage, failure to return the keys may result in a $10 replacement
fee or the cost of a locksmith.

PERSONAL CHECKS:
Personal checks will be accepted 45 days or more prior
to scheduled check-in. Any returned checks will be a $25.00 fee. Money
orders and Cashiers Checks are also accepted.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security/damage deposit is required for the Rental
property. The payment should be made by a separate check made payable
to Rita McGarry in the amount of $500.00. The deposit is held for the
duration of the rental period and refunded within 30 days after check
out, subject to any charges for damage, repairs, excessive cleaning
or late check out. The security deposit purpose is to protect our home
and it's contents from damages. Check out our procedures supplied in
your rental agreement, feel free to contact our office with any questions.
Properties are inspected before and after every rental. While you are
here, we ask your cooperation in reporting any damage. Checks will be
cashed in the event charges were incurred and the remainder returned
to the leaseholder.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
Cancellation in writing within thirty days or more notice, deposit
is refundable less a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than
Thirty-days notice are not refundable.Please plan accordingly.

EARLY DEPARTURE:
If you choose to vacate the property prior to the departure date listed
on your Rental Agreement, you will not receive a refund.

SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed. Evidence of smoking inside the
house will be a basis for eviction and/or retention of your security
deposit.

|
TELEPHONE:
Long distance calls, including local long distance,
must be billed to a calling card or made collect.
|

|
NUMBER OF GUESTS:
The cottage is suitable for 1 or 2 families, with the
maximum occupancy of 6 people. You will be asked for the number of guests
staying at the cottage with you on the rental agreement. Any unreported
guests staying at the house will constitute a basis for eviciton with
no refund in rent and forfeiture of your security deposit. House parties
are not allowed at any time. No one under 21 is allowed at the cottage
overnight without the original rental responsible party. This is cause
for immediate eviction and no refund.

PETS:
Sorry, no pets are allowed at any time.

Due to some narrow roads, access to the property is limited. Sorry
no boats, jet skis or RV's.
Parking is limited to 3 cars.
